I was really impressed with the greens. Good shape, rolled true, and with a good pace. Everything else was not impressive, and really wasn't worth the long drive to get there. The very first hole had some wash off from the mountain in the middle of the fairway.

Course a little shaggy and very dry in most places. Fairways are OK but roughs very dry and mostly short. Not a lot of good grass.. maybe they cannot afford to water as they used to do. Greens were very nice in most cases. Hole #2 in very bad shape on the front part of the green. Overall the greens were pretty nice. Pace of play was slow but it was a holiday and we played in the afternoon.

I have been playing Tres Rios for years. The last two years the golf course has turned into a cow pasture. The greens are good, but the rest of the course is bumpy, uneven, inconsistent, and just not good. There are many other courses in the West Valley that are better and less expensive. Try Tuscany Falls or Coldwater.

This time of year in the Valley, golf prices are extremely high so I look to find a good bargain this time of year. While searching for tee times, I ran across Tres Rios and noticed that the green fees were pretty reasonable for this time of year (February). So after looking on their website and looking at some pictures I chose to set up a tee time to bring my Father In Law out golfing while he was visiting from the Midwest. When we got to the course we noticed that it looked a little rough and that became more prevalent as we played our round. The course was in terrible shape, however the greens were decent. If you are off the fairway the slightest bit, you are practically hitting from a parking lot. The "rough" is beat down sand, there is not rough at all. (This isn't the typical desert conditions that I am referring to either). The fairways were not in very good shape either. We paid $44.00 for the round and I would suggest that they cut their prices by at least half or do some major renovations.

For winter rates this course is a pretty good deal. Course plays somewhat challenging with a couple of really long par 4's. Fun day of Golf! Trees, Trees and more Tree's!

For under $25 you get 18 holes, cart, beer and hotdog. Cannot beat value. But due to great deal they put golfers out every 7 mins so wait at every hole. Fairways dry but greens and tee boxes nice.

The course is in good codition, the pace of play was fine. Overall we have good experience.

Best value in the West Valley. Always in good condition, except for a lot of hard pan around the course. But hey, it's a desert out here. My favorite local course. Not a house in sight anywhere. Now THATS nice!

We had a very enjoyable game. We did however book as a two some but were put into a foursome. Wasn't told about it ahead if time. Weren't too happy about that.

I was very disappointed in the conditions at this course. I brought out of town visitors who had been playing different courses for 10 days. They said it was the poorest course they had played.
To start with my golf cart was very dirty( #10). It was also very hard to steer.
There really were no trails to follow and what was there besides the cement was very rough. Having never played the course it was difficult to know where the holes were. Needs more signs.

It was a cook damp morning for golf. The air was heavy and the ground had a lot of moisture in it. The greens were so so on a few of the holes and they were hard and fast.
You had to chip short and let the ball run as they would not check from spin.
Overall the couse played good.

Green are in poor condition, very slow play five and half hrs.

Booked on line for a back nine with breakfast. Attendant said to play our 7:30 tee time then eat breakfast. When we completed our nine holes, about 10:00, the kitchen staff knew nothing of the breakfast deal and said the breakfast preparation was done for the day. So we got a hot dog, chips and beer for breakfast. Otherwise we had a good time and played the course again later in the week.

It was very frustrating due to many slow players. Need Marshall to move it along. Course in bad shape, many tee boxes were plain dirt

Course was in good shape other than the greens being rock hard. Greens where fast and smooth which isnt surprising as the greens where like concrete. Payed for 18 holes and pace of play in front of us was so slow that the staff kicked us off the course after the 15th hole because they wanted to go home.

Best value so far on 7th day of 3 week holiday! We were paired with a local who helped with the tricky greens. Even though we followed a 5 some the pace was quite decent.

It was very windy the day we played but overall if played ok. we were behind a very slow 4 some so it took a little longer than we had planned. I would play it again but on a nicer day. They really need to work on the sand traps, very poor sand/dirt.
