This beautiful facility is located on 270 pristine acres at the North end of the Grand Strand. Blessed with a unique topography and large mature trees, the course meanders down to the inter-coastal waterway with scenic vistas to distract you at every turn.
This 6900 yard Clyde Johnston design is owned and managed by the same group that developed the fabled Heather Glen links and the service you have grown to expect from this organization is evident the moment you drive up to the clubhouse. Give this course a try the next time you vist the Myrtle Beach area. You won't be disappointed!

Nice layout - poor conditions
The course has a nice layout and some beautiful holes. However the tee boxes and greens were in very bad shape.

Fun course, several holes required placement of shots which is different. Fairways were in good shape. Greens had been aerated a few weeks ago and were in bad shape, thus a !30 green fee with cart. Did not know it when booking online but overall a good course.
Course aerated so price was very fairly adjusted. Kudos to the pro there. Very rarely do you see that happen. Wonderful,enjoyable course. Pleasure to get to play again.

It happened to be a great deal because the greens were aerated. I enjoyed this course some nice holes overlooking the intracoastal
Fairways were very nice and some well placed obstacles such as marshes etc
Fun course great price
My real only complaint was that the greens where in bad shape BUT they are clearly working in them so I gave them a 4 star on the conditions because the remainder of the course was in very nice shape! Will be returning to play again and many more times!
Terrible greens
Greens had been aerated and we were not told ahead of time. Absolutely awful. Every putt was skipping and hopping. There was no way to hit an accurate putt.
The staff
The course had sanded the greens a few days before I played. The staff called me and let me know this prior to my arrival. The rest of the staff was very accommodating. The course itself was in great condition. I will play again.
Pace was pushed too much!!
An older gentleman in our group could not possibly play as fast as course officials wanted. The machine kept complaining that we were 8 minutes behind, then 11 minutes, etc. Course officials stopped by several times to say we needed to “Pick up the pace!”.
We weren’t playing that slow but all 4 of us were probably 12 to 22 handicappers. 3 of us hit many greens in regulation.
I will never play this course again though it was a beautiful hard course.
Great location for golf while on vacation.
We usually play this course while on the coast of NC or SC. Took friends foe their 1st to.e there and had a great experience. Golf carts ha e blue tooth connection to phones for music and distance al I g with other featured. This course and staff are great and is a wonderful place to enjoy golf.
No notice of green aeration
Course is worse than last year. All greens being aerated.
The greens.
The greens are under regrowth due to plugging and sanding which means in a couple of weeks they will be top notch. Great staff and course layout.
Great course, I will do it again
They had just sanded the greens so the timing may not have been great for us. This is a course that is not driver friendly. But it was a lot of fun to play. I would definitely do it again.

I booked this course on Golf Now and almost immediately got a call saying the greens were recently punched and offered to let me cancel. I thought that was very considerate. I decided to play anyway and I’m glad I did. It’s a great course and several holes have beautiful water views. The greens weren’t even that bad. Overall I was very happy with my round. The Golf Now deal price was great.
Great Course
Course is great even if the greens were aerated. Which they did let you know up front when booking tee time.
