About

This course is overpriced considering the course condition!!!
Greens were bare dirt in areas, very fast and rock hard. Tee boxes very dry hard to get tee in. Fairways very hard with a lot of roll. For the price we paid course was excessively overpriced. Would definitely not recommend this course.
Staff needs customer service training & better equipment
This was my first time playing this course. I found it on Golf Now for I thought a reasonable cost. Got to the course 45 min early and checked in. They gave me the last cart they had and I went over to the putting green. After putting for 15 min I was going to go over by the first tee to wait. The cart was DEAD! This is when the real problems started. Informed the man behind the counter that the cart was dead. All he said was that's our last cart and whether you make your tee time here or on a Golf Now the price is the same walking or riding. I asked if he could pair me up with someone else and he said no. Ended up going out walking with another foursome. Luckly on the third hole it got backed up and there was a threesome I was able to join up with and ride. My main quip was the attitude of the man behind the counter. He made me feel that just because I booked it on a Golf Now that doesn't entitle me to a cart. If it wasn't for the cart I wouldn't have booked it! I can go play the city courses twilight and walk for $11-12! He just had very bad customer service attitude. My tee time was 1:45
Ran out of carts...didn't play
Looked forward to playing the North as it was closed for one year to install a new water system. When I arrived for my 1:30 tee time the place was absolutely jammed with people. It was a zoo. The line of players waiting to sign in ran out the door of the pro-shop which was served by only one poor overtaxed employee. He was telling the guys ahead of me that they ran out of carts and didn't know when one would be available so I apologized to him for being berated by the guy ahead of me and told him to just ignore my reservation. On the way back to my car I stopped at their practice green to hit a few putts. That's all I hit...a few, the grass looked like an old carpet pounded into the ground. And putted worse. Don't think I'll try again, recent overhaul or not.
Its an Okay Course
It is a typical Sun City course with the standard issue surrounding environment. These courses could be confused with one another because they are so much the same from one to the next. I enjoy playing them, nevertheless, because the quality of the courses is predictable and the rate cannot be beat. Greens and fairways are acceptable though they are not going to be confused with even an average course on the east side of the Valley.
Good value
A nice course. Fairways are fairly wide. Fairways grass was pretty thin giving golfers tight lies. Most green were guarded by deep bunkers left and right. Greens were very true, but hard and fast--it takes a few holes to get used to how to attack these greens. I played as a single and got paired up with a good group of guys. Booked on GolfNow-- good value for the money.
