About
The Sun City South Golf Course is normally a private club but during the summer months, public play is allowed. The course has a traditional layout with four sets of teeboxes for a variety of different golfing options, which allow golfers to work on a range of different handicaps. The golf course has a fair share of challenges with several sand bunkers and plenty of trees scattered throughout. There are also out-of-bounds stakes providing more difficulty. Water hazards come into play on some holes as well. The Sun City South Golf Course facility has a putting green and chipping area for golfers to use in addition to the course.

Easier but nice
Finished in under 4 hours on a nice day when the course was in very good shape. Inexpensive if you walk and the walk is easy. Course has fewer obstacles than the newer courses but still can bite back if you’re not careful. Played it several times over the past few years and very nice for golfing newcomers. I’d recommend this course to others.
Dimbled Greens
Sun Citians over hearing complains, regarding the widening of greens and lower prices.
It would help to bend over and fix your ball marks on those greens from 25 yards out you can see the dimples representing the golf ball on those greens
C'mon people BEND AND REPAIR AT LEAST 2, 3 PER VISIT
Terrible delays
Too many groups with five individuals, slowed the pace. I left after 9 holes. Never going back there
inconsistant greens
The course is in OK condition. Some fairways are thinner than others. The greens were very inconsistant. Some were fast and others slower. Most of the greens had lots of ball marks. Several of the pins were placed on slopes. The greens did not putt true or hold their lines.
Great course
We drove a hr to play this course,it was worth it.
