Sunridge Golf Club

This is my favorite course in Reno/Sparks/Carson. It’s challenging and the views are great. Unfortunately today it took my two some 4 hours and 20 min to finish. 2 hours and 35 min on the back 9. The people playing in front of us left after hole 14 from the backup.

This course is great - the views are unreal, and the course is 100% worth the drive from South Lake Tahoe.

Still my favorite course in northern Nevada. And I’ve played them all. The staff is great. Course is amazing.

A few of the holes had leaks in the irrigation system that caused fairway areas to be very wet and unplayable

They have a few leaks in the sprinkler system that leaves some very wet area’s in the fairway’s other than that course was great

Terrible. Not well maintained even in the slightest. The layout has potential and is super challenging. But the bunkers, tee boxes, even the fairways were a mess. I left feeling ripped off and frustrated.

Everything and everyone was great the only draw back is that the sand traps need work. I know what your thinking I shouldn’t be in the trap. I will be back have a great day

Great Value at $68 for the round. Was first out in the morning and really enjoyed the variety of the course. The long over water shots, fun high to low par 3s on the back. I’ll definitely be playing here more often.

Greens inconsistent, slow. Fairway grass needs attention, fairway grass so high, lost ball hit in fairway. Driving range not open because no balls available. Liked course first time we played a year ago. Disappointed this time around.

Played here to avoid the crazy greens fees up the hill in Tahoe area. It's an easy drive down, especially from South Tahoe. Course is interesting, if a bit wacky. Starts off normal with desert-style holes through the sage brush with some water hazards, that are reasonably challenging and nicely laid out. Then it goes up and down an extremely steep hill that gives you many shots with extreme elevation changes, for better or worse. Pace of play on the back nine was silly-slow possibly based on these changes. It is what feels like a half-mile from one hole on the back nine to the top of the hill (I forget the number). There is a bonus 19th hole at the end. Because of the location it can be very hot, and often very windy, so check the weather. Conditions were good enough. I get the feeling they are fighting the extremes of weather to keep it in shape. An interesting course, but there are others in the area I'd play first. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
