Beachwood 2023
I first played this course inn1975 with my fathers golf group from Maine. Enjoyed lit then and did not disappoint yesterday. Tees and greens in great shape. Great price and pace of play. Will come back o. Next visit to Mrytle.

Fun vacation golf
Course is a bit repetitive, nothing really of note - but still fun if you are out with friends. Basic layout, greens were a bit rough. They did have someone come pick our bags up and place them in the golf cart when we arrived - that was nice

Good course and challenging
First time. Great staff. Spring conditions. Greens better than most tis time of year. Rough dormant.

Old course, not worth the money
The ground was very hard and there was some kind of blue food coloring on the green that turned your hand blue from picking up your ball. Not a fun course and not pretty at all.

Would like to play again in the spring
I paid $64 through Military Tee times (I'm starting to think they don't have my best interest any longer)which was not a good price for this course. I don't mind paying that to play golf I just expect a little niceer. I don't blame the conditions on anything except time of year. I'm sure when everything greens up, it will be a nice course. The staff was extremely nice. I would play it again if the price is better. I played Whispering Pines two days later and it was a much better course and about $15.00 less money. I have to figure out how to get better golf rates while on vacation.

Stay away
This course is in very poor shape and playing it was not very enjoyable at all. I would try other courses in the area before booking a tee-time here.

Too many players
Everything was great except the 5 hour round. This course always has so much business the need 12 minute start times.
