Good strikes are very rewarding here. Super fun course with elevation changes and hazards everywhere. Not for the beginner.

Conditions are excellent right now. Fairways greens all great

Forget the somewhat average rating and slope for the course. It’s a beast. I had been on a roll of good scores and saw it end quickly at Cross Creek. It’s anything but straightforward. Most holes dogleg. It’s rare to get a flat lie and possibly even rarer to have an approach shot where you have a clear view of the green. All but the best shots tend to funnel off the fairway and often into trouble at this rustic course. Many greens are raised, punishing approach shots that don’t make it. Greens are quick and fairly sloped, too. Cross Creek is too tough for me. I won’t be back.

First time playing here after reading many positive reviews. The course layout is very nice, staff is super friendly. The starter gave me the on course basics, local rules and a few tips. A few generous fairways but shot placement is at a premium. The only negative was the pace of play. We had a fivesome in front of us with two ladies. So the guys would all hit their tee shots then drive to the ladies tees for two more tee shots. Almost 5 hours on a Thursday is a bit much in my opinion. Overall fun day and a great course.

Greens are challenging but well kept

Firm requiring some soft landings and terrific speed and shape on the greens

Scenery is awesome and the staff is friendly what more can you ask for paying pennies for the country club experience!

The hidden gem of Temecula

The course was just as expected based on the reviews I found. It's not a long course but it definitely requires accurate shots or bring lots of golf balls!

I wish it was closer to me but we will definitely be back.
