The course needs work.
Fairways are very dry and the bunkers are neglected and growing over. Very good bar and restaurant, very friendly staff.
Course conditions
Course needs a lot of work. Fairways are very thin, on grass on most of the tee boxes. Greens were ok shape.

Really fun great course!
Played here for the first time today, read some reviews so really didn’t know what to expect. We had a great time loved the layout and elevation. The staff was super friendly and helpful to explain the holes to us before we played.
They advised they seeded a couple weeks back and it didn’t take so the fairways were a little out of shape which they were but not enough to take away from us enjoying the round. The greens were in pretty good shape which was nice. Will definitely be playing here again plus a free beer at the end was awesome! Thanks for a great day!

Use to be a fun course
The course has really gone down hill from last year. There is NO grass on the fairways and the greens wouldn't be if they weren't painted. The course has a great layout but very poor conditions.

Horrific conditions!!!
Like a cow pasture‼️ But only saw horses. Too bad. Lovely view They should have paid us to play. Sad.

Has beautiful views and much potential
I think this course could be a destination in central Florida. It’s to bad it is so run down. The carts are worn out and lots of areas need attention. It’s a shame that a beautiful tract like this is in the condition it is!

Terrible fairways!
I’ve played here multiple times and every time I play they say they are working on maintenance of the course. Well it still hasn’t been worked on. Fairways are more like rough and the rough is just a ball eater. If you hit anything other than the middle of the fairway you’ve lost your ball. Greens are are still bad and hole 10 had a home owner yelling and cursing us out for no apparent reason. Only positive is the free beer you get with the tee time.

Quirky and Fun
Course designer took the terrain options to the fullest. Target golf for sure. Greens in good shape, rest of the course a little lacking right now. Could be winter, or some redesign. Front desk said to take balls out of traps (which are plentiful) because they are working on them. Lots of fun, but not your typical Florida course.

Loved It
This course has just enough tightness to keep you honest and a couple of open Fairways for the big guns. Above average greens and play was smooth sailing. My buddies and I will be back.

Great Golf
Sanctuary Ridge was a very enjoyable day of golf. Can’t beat the views and being at altitude afforded a nice strong breeze to cut the heat of a warmer Florida day. The layout was beautiful but the condition of the course was very bad. Didn’t stop us though... might have even been the thing that put a great layout course into our price range. We will be back.

Great Layout, but needs work
Awesome layout and love the elevation changes, but the course needs a makeover fast. Horrible conditions. Would play again because of the layout. Don’t expect to come here and love the conditions. If you don’t mind it then play for the layout. I need a course with great conditions.
