Sanctuary Ridge Golf Club

Staff were very friendly bringing a cart to the car to load our clubs. Good directions from the starter for when to approach the first tee and when it was safe to hit the second shots. The course is layed out nicely. There was a beverage cart on the course. The bathrooms and food in the club house was fine. The pace of play and even the weather cooperated to make the day great.

Tee time was 7:50; I arrived at 7:25. I was immediately hurried to get to tee box because a twosome was waiting....no warm up nothing. Teed off at 7:35 and then waited. Two foursomes ahead of our group. Numerous holes there were three groups on one hole...no Marshall . Finished round at 11:55. Immediately upon getting to cart return was hurried off cart because they needed it now. Either over booked or pace of play so slow that they were just plain backed up. Barely had time to check making sure I had all personal items. I like the layout of this course but fairways were in poor condition and greens were okay,but not groomed. No rakes for sand traps. With so so service I will probable golf elsewhere.

We teed off 45 minutes late........no reason or apologies offered by staff. We also learned that a group stationed two groups in front of us should actually have been behind.........no, we did not arrive late, actually checked in 20 minutes prior to tee time.

Very disappointing and very tiring because pace of play was horrid. Your course does not require five hours to complete!

Most of the greens and fairways need immediate repairs, but still, fantastic golf to play and enjoy the beautiful panoramic views of was in most of the holes. Even on this golf course conditions, I will play, again.

Horrible condition. First 3 greens were terrible. Last 15 at least had some grass. Fairways were all horrendous.

Great layout that is receiving little or mo maintenance. The layout is great but the course is trying very hard to go out of business.

The greens were bumpy with inconsistent speed, and the fairways hardly had any grass at all. I was very disappointed....

Fairways are tight with hard pan grass. Some greens have bare spots and grass clumps, makes for difficult putting. Had to wait 30 minutes to get a cart. No starter, players were on their own.

Enjoyed the challenging layout of the course. Play was extremely slow - had to skip past a group of 4 and skip a hole! Greens need improvement. But for the money it was OK!

Our foursome really enjoyed our round last Saturday. Staff was friendly and the food we grabbed exceeded expectations. The course is a unique and really fun layout. Although the tee boxes were in pretty rough shape, it didn't take away from the round very much. Pace seemed a touch slow but we finished a couple minutes ahead of the 4.5 hour mark. For the price, we will definitely be coming back.

This course has a terrible layout and was in terrible condition. No grass in the fairways. The greens were the only good part in the course. Will not play again at any price

We had a 10:14 am tee off this morning. Wasn’t expecting much but what a great layout! Greens were in great condition and the fairways were awesome.. ran forever. Tough pin placements made the day awesome!

Slow going this time of year,4.5 hours. Fairways were a little bare. Greens were slow, maybe an 8. The holes have great variety and elevation changes so have your GPS or play with a local.

Would have been much more enjoyable had the ranger done his job. Fourball in front of us slipped back 2 full holes on the group in front of them. There was 12 golfers on most holes with that bunch at the front!

We eventually had to skip a hole to get past them so we could finish before it got dark!

That was after waiting 30 minutes to be given a cart.

The staff need to do something about the pace of play here!

An enjoyable course spoiled by slow play and poor marshalling.

Good value for money, a central Florida course with many elevations great views. Challenging coarse layout. Course conditioning could be better but great fun to play.

Fun course lots of challenges. Great shape not your typical Florida course
