Poorly Maintained
Its a shame there is little to no course maintenance done, because this course has huge potential. Great layout and elevation changes, but the condition is hardly worth a $10 round, let alone $40.
Course is in bad shape
I always loved the layout of the course. The hills are incredible. The fairways are dirt and greens not much better. The good news, the course is being shut down in June to go through a rehab through October. According to the staff, it will loon like a new course when the rehab is over. I can’t wait to go back and play this course in the fall

Worst course conditions it has ever been
I have been coming here intermittently for years. This was by far the worst conditions I have ever seen it. Terrible tee box conditions, terrible fairway conditions, terrible greens if you even want to call them greens. It’s almost like they don’t manage it at all. Fairways aren’t even mowed. I will not be going back until this course has a complete renovation.

Great for the price
They will be closing soon to do a big renovation of the course and amenities. The course is not in great shape, hence the planned renovations, but for the price it was great. We had a relaxing 18 holes in under 4 hours and I’ll play that pace any day. Staff was great!

Sad
This has been one of my favorite courses in the area. The topography and scenery are great! Found out today the course has been sold and will close in June for renovations... because of the sale, basically all upkeep has ceased! Grass is spotty at best, greens are like concrete, Tee boxes are mostly sand, most of the bunkers are overgrown with weeds! This is not a $40 course anymore. Looking forward to seeing the renovation results, but I’m sure that will come with crazy high greens fees.

Water the course!!!!
Played in mid March 2021. The entire course looked like it hadn't been watered in MONTHS! Many fairways had large patches of sand (no they were not sand traps). It was horrible and I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!

Hills for days!
The course is in rough shape. Great course layout but they need maintenance ASAP , looking forward to seeing the course back to 100% love the hills in this course!!

So sad
This course used to be great. It has a ton of elevation and beautiful views. The ownership has really let it go. There are weeds in the fairways, the grass is patchy in the fairways, the greens are mostly rolled dirt. Do not play here unless you want to play a full round in waste bunker conditions.

Closing soon
If you like hitting off of nothing but weeds and sand then this course is for you. I don’t think a grounds crew has touched this course in a couple months. Halfway through the round the starter came out to berate us for playing through a slow group and said that since our tee time was after theirs we have to wait on them all day.
The course is apparently closing in a couple months, undergoing renovations and eventually opening under new ownership. I’m pretty sure they are just trying to make as much off the place without doing any maintenance in the meantime.
The course has an intriguing layout with multiple elevation changes so with significant renovations it could be great. Until then, you couldn’t pay me to waste my time on that track again.

Sanctuary Ridge
Worst conditions in Central Florida for such a good layout and fun course. No grass on the fairways and tee boxes and the greens were spotty. The best thing about this course is Chris who works in the Pro Shop, he is always professional, pleasant and a joy to deal with. I play all around Central Florida and will not play here again, some money spent on the course would cure the ills that exist.

Total lack of care for this course
Course was horrible. Fairways and tees had no grass to speak of. Finding a level spot on the tees was next to impossible. No care given to traps. It looks like the fairways and greens are never watered. We will never go back. One good point is the food in their restaurant was excellent.
