Spring Valley Golf Course

I love Spring Valley. Great place to play and always maintained well. beautiful views and greens.

Nice course.

Fun, peaceful, and enjoyable.

Good snack shack and restaurant.

Love the peacock sounds.

In the mountains, not next to houses.

Decent course. Probably the most wind I've ever played in. Course was in good shape. Staff was friendly. A little overpriced for what it is but a good all around experience.

We enjoyed the course. The course was in great shape. The surrounding hills were great to look at.

I really like this course and I play it often but always one of the earliest groups out on a weekend morning.

Going at 1:30PM on a Sunday almost made me feel I would never return. The pace of play was not glacial, more like continental drift ...it crawled on at a pace that would have embarrassed a snail. By the time our 3 got to the par 3 seventh there were 3 groups on that hole. We made the 4th. I don't know all the reasons why but Sunday afternoons will not be my golf time anytime soon.

The course is in good shape. Started at 3:30 and played 17 holes before dark. The weather was perfect and we had a great time.

Spring Valley is in great condition. The greens were just a tad on the slow side, or maybe it was because we played late in the day, a little lumpy, but that is to be expected from Poanna grass.

Conditions were perfect as the temps were in the low 80's and very light wind. We played in under 3-1/2 hours which is always a joy, never had to wait the entire afternoon. Couldn't make a putt today, but that is just Golf, certainly not the fault of the course.

This course is in great shape. The staff is very friendly.

This course has wind which can make it challenging. Play from the tips! And don't forget to hit em straight!

It was my first time to play this course. I was satisfied with everything. The course has been well maintained. The staff was very kind. I strongly recommend this course. Of course I want to play again here.

What I enjoy the most of Spring Valley is the condition in which it's kept on a consistent basis...good tee boxes and fairways...great greens. The course has two signature finishing holes in the front and back nine.

I have played Spring Valley over 850 times over the last 30 years. The course has been improved almost every year since the early times. The greens are tough to read, but fair and accept a ball that has been hit high in the air.

Me and my golf bud played in exactly 3 hours, and it could have been faster if he was any good at the game.... that said the conditions were great except for the heat, greens in excellent shape, a little slow because they are cutting them a little longer considering the weather during the last few days. You just have to keep hydrated and stay in the shade as much as possible.

To begin with the staff are always friendly. The course is well groomed and maintained. This par 70 course wanders up and down the hill sides. Three holes tee off over water. It is challenging but fun!

I have played this course many times over the years . I took a beginning golfer with me and was very surprised . In the past there were many bare areas in the fairways and greens had hardpan patches on them . The course was very green and plush and the greens were challenging and perfect. Spring Valley is now on my regular hit list !

Me and my golf buddies play here about 1-2 times a month. The course layout is challenging and fair. Greens are always in good shape. Driving range is decent size and they have a nice chipping area. Typical round takes 4-4.5 hrs and many times can you finish up in 4 hrs. The grill serves good food and has a very friendly staff. Overall good course to play, but I must say I think it's tad overpriced at $75 prime time on the weekend. I think $65 would be a better value for this course.
