Spring Valley Golf Course

I personally think it’s over priced

I only play there because it’s close to my house and it’s hard to get out further courses for me

12-14 handicap will have a good time..greens are tricky but fair... Chris is great in Clubhouse

Pretty fun little course. Greens were in great condition, fairways were nice as well. Played in 4 hr 15 min on Saturday before Christmas, so the pace of play was reasonable. It's a little expensive for the rather basic layout, but I had a great time.

This course is fun to play but nothing to write home about.Greens decent with subtle breaks that roll true,fairways decent and tee boxes fine but just kind of bland.Nothing real challenging just simple straight forward golf wirh some doglegs and a couple of lakes

Have played the course many times. It is currently in great shape. Clubhouse is clean and we'll maintained. Greens are good pace and smooth. Fairways are well maintained but seem to not roll very well?

Very well maintained course. Fair in challenge, but overall a good experience. The price is a bit steep. The course is not very long but you play most of your irons and woods. I like the layout, trees, bunkers and greens. Best course in the general area. Perhaps why they charge more :-) given the shabby condition of summitpointe which is right next door. Marshalls need to be more vigilant on pace of play as the course seriously backs up if one group is not on schedule.

About half of the holes are easy, but the other half are challenging for most golfers. The greens are some of the best in the South Bay.

I had not played Spring Valley for many years and was very pleased by how well maintained the entire course was. The fairways maintained (while a little dry) but the greens were perfect and the putting green mirrored the feel on the course.

The hole placement was great with very difficult which required accuracy to read the breaks and also judge the speeds.

Fun day all the way around, but a little slow on the back nine (no complaints for a Sunday).

The course is in great shape. I love getting out of the city and in the foothills, where I am out of cell range. A fun relaxing course a a few challenging holes.

The course is good shape, I would still like to have played the 2nd 2nd hole, which is not usually open on the weekends. Still, a great day under good conditions. I would play here every Friday if I could.

Played first tee time of the day. Staff is always friendly. They send off people only playing 9 on the back half of the course for the first hour or so. At the turn it wasn't an issue. It was still wide open and a great rate of play. I mention them starting off back nine players at the start of the morning because other courses send people back nine right as the front nine players make the turn and it causes an unnecessary backup. This is one of my favorite courses in the Bay area. Great course and better people. Thanks.
