Redhawk Golf Club

Our guys golf group (24 players) played here for the second year in a row. When we made the reservation months out they told us there was a chance for a long round because we were going to be in between two other tournaments. Fine, no big deal. It was a long round. After 6+30 hours on the course some of our guys definitely had too many cocktails and were super loud at the clubhouse. Absolutely happened. But let’s be real, the loudest person in the room was their bartender! Anyway, our group was asked to not come back for slow play which is egregious. We were on the groups ahead of us the entire day. Very disappointing. Grip it n Sip it will take our 32 people this year elsewhere. Your events guy was super rude and not easy to deal with too.

One of my favorite budget friendly courses in Temecula. The course isn't that challenging surprisingly, but if you have trouble with the flat stick, then it won't be a fun round. Not that long of a course even from the tips, and the key here is how well you can adjust to slope.

Rude/ignorant club member single player apparently started on the front nine instead of the back nine today. So he makes the turn to the 10th tee and sees me a single player wanting to join the 2some on the tee box; demands me to start on the 1st tee. I told him the starter said we are starting the back nine today but he wouldn’t have it! So without a fuss I head to the 1st tee and groups waiting there who made the turn. Headed back to starter and lo and behold the ignorant single player was there also talking with the starter and realizing he was WRONG! Along with really bad fairway conditions and ineffective Marshall to speed up slow play, this made for a really bad day. Stay away for a while…Pala Mesa has way better fairways now and that says a lot.

Started a little before noon and was only able to fit in 16 holes before sundown at 5:30. Pace of play was the slowest I’ve seen.

Enjoyed the round. The first nine flew by with no waiting. However, the back 9 was painfully slow with no Marshall in sight. If the entire round had been that slow, it would have been a terrible day.

The grass was wknterized which was fun to play on as it wasn’t just hard ground hit actually had some covering, despite the time of year.

Will possibly come back and hope for a speedy round!

Great layout the greens are different lots of tiers on the greens. The fairways were dry and that’s the only thing I didn’t like but overall great tee boxes and each par 3 was just amazing to loo at and play

Redhawk. Was a fun and challenging course always enjoy playing here . Golf shop and restaurant employees very friendly and courteous.. Enjoy my time playing and highly recommended.

We absolutely love this course. Challenging but friendly at the same time. Hole 8 is iconic! The staff is always beyond exceptional. The greens were great and the fairway was decent. We have nothing negative to say about this course as it is one of our local favorites.

Recently the pace of play has been nothing but disappointing..

Staff was friendly starter was helpful. Played as a single and found the solitude very nice for a change. Course layout is cool tee boxes ok but the whole course was wet and damp I guess winter type conditions. Bring a towel. Greens about a 10 and inconsistent bumpy in places but still playable. Greens had multiple tears witch is cool. Overall I would play here again. Peace
