About
Redhawk Golf Club is one of California's 10 best public courses. Located on the outskirts of San Diego in Temecula, the course is home to one of the southern California's only island greens. The layout is challenging no matter what your skill level but it is still immensely enjoyable. The golf course features dramatic elevation changes, narrows fairways that demand accuracy, and multi-tiered greens that are well conditioned. There is ample water on the course but its use feels natural rather than arbitrary. The numerous strategically placed bunkers are equally as challenging, if not more so than the water hazards. Every club in the bag will see some use at Redhawk Golf Club. From the elevated tees, golfers can enjoy views of the surrounding vineyards for some scenic respite from this formidable test.

Very Nice Facility
This is is very difficult course with tight fairways, trees, heavy rough and lots if sand traps. Pick your tees wisely and bring your A game. Greens are rolling great and are undulating. There is a small driving range, practice putting greens and a few chipping areas. The restaurant is good and the pace iof play was 4 hours for an afternoon round. The .

Enjoyed the course as soon as I stepped up on the first tee. It fit my eye right away, the conditions are in great shape. Will definitely play again next time in the area. Highly recommend.

Revisiting Redhawk
Had not played Redhawk in 25 years. I played the course twice this week, I enjoyed the course that much.
Everything was great and in good condition.
Great Course!
The cousrse was well kept, the greens were difficult, I liked the fact that I had the ability to use my driver in 80% of the wholes. Great location and the weather was awesome. Had a great time.
Fairways green and greens fast.
The fairways are all in good condition. Always hitting off of grass. The short grass had lots of roll and the rough was fairly challenging to get out. The Greens were fast and true. A little tricky to read, however.

Good course in Temecula area. Good conditions. I love the pace of play. We started on time and finished our round in under 4 1/2 hours.

Great course conditions. The crew has cut back some of the rough so it makes finding some of those errant shots a bit easier to locate.
