About
Redhawk Golf Club is one of California's 10 best public courses. Located on the outskirts of San Diego in Temecula, the course is home to one of the southern California's only island greens. The layout is challenging no matter what your skill level but it is still immensely enjoyable. The golf course features dramatic elevation changes, narrows fairways that demand accuracy, and multi-tiered greens that are well conditioned. There is ample water on the course but its use feels natural rather than arbitrary. The numerous strategically placed bunkers are equally as challenging, if not more so than the water hazards. Every club in the bag will see some use at Redhawk Golf Club. From the elevated tees, golfers can enjoy views of the surrounding vineyards for some scenic respite from this formidable test.

Save your money
Not an $80 course. $30 maybe. Greens were horrible. Missing grass on some of them. Bunkers full of weeds. Hole 10 had a temporary green. Horrible experience. Save your money!
Used to be a premium course
I live across the street from this course and used to play here a lot. It used to be one of the premier courses in the area but for some reason they seem to think they can let their greens go and the bunkers fill up with weeds and still charge $80. THE GREENS ARE HORRIBLE!! Menifee Lakes is in much better shape for half the price. I'm supposed to play at Redhawk next Saturday with friends visiting from Texas but after playing at Redhawk today, I'm too embarrassed to take them there so I booked TCI. I will cancel Redhawk. Sorry for the bad review. Either raise your standards or lower your prices.

Needs new carts
Great layout,but carts are out of date and need repair or replacement. The cart I had had no breaks and it sounded as if the cover was damaged and it was making noise every bump I ran over. I was not notified at tee off that number ten green was under repair and a temporary green was being used.

Golf in full swing
I was a single partnered up with another single. Great first 9 holes. Group was backed up at 10 tee. 10 green was a temporary. weather was awesome.
Disappointed
The staff members were all friendly and welcoming. We were told that the range was closed for maintenance. Didn’t see any sign of maintenance. A number of greens had a lot of brown areas. Many of the tee boxes were a mess. Very disappointed.

Beautiful course nice layout
Very slow one of the slowest I’ve been to and marshals didn’t do anything about it

I’ve played twice recently at Redhawk with my 12 yr old grandson and have had a great time on the course. A friendly staff, great layout and well maintain. A challenging and fun venue!
Always an enjoyable course to play
Good course that is always enjoyable to play. Wish I could get a better deal on a few lessons/rounds for my beginner son and that putting green was open but otherwise had a nice afternoon.
Nice course and pace of play
Had a great time here. Nice course conditions and staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of good deals available as well if you look around. Will definitely be back!
Game Pace
Miss managed tee times…too many back to back for slow players causing 6-7hr rounds. The score card indicates game pace but the play is much slower
