About
Eagle Vines Vineyards & Golf Club is tucked away in the foothills of Napa Valley, offering one of the most scenic courses in the area. It is also considered by many locals to be one of the most challenging. Every hole on the golf course provides stunning views of the surrounding vineyards. The layout sprawls across gently rolling hills that weave through stands of mature cherry and oak trees, shimmering waterfalls, and meandering creeks. The golf course offers challenging multi-tiered greens and postage-stamp landing areas that demand well placed iron shots. The memorable seventh hole features an even more difficult island green. There are also some tricky fairways that seem much more open than they are. Eagle Vines numerous risk-reward opportunities that will have golfers using every club in their bag.

The course is in good condition. There are places which need watering. Greens are in excellent shape.

Slow Play!!!!
Painfully Slow 6 Hour round on a Sunday afternoon.
Teeing areas muddy and no grass.
Guess they couldn’t be bothered to move the tee markers for a few days?

After the rain from Jan, the course condition shows the beauty of the location. A little chilly in the shade, but would definitely return.

Bunkers
It's nice to play a course, that actually has sand in the bunkers, and they were groomed.

Awesome layout
Beautiful course with generous fairways with soft white sand in bunkers. Plenty of water hazards. No marshal on course to keep golfers on pace of play. Tough 2-3 club winds.

4some in front of us was very slow. They appeared to be at least 1 an 1/2 holes behind the group in front of them.

Early morning round
We were operating on East Coast time so decided to get up for an early round. Best decision ever. Military discount was fantastic. We were second off, had no delays and the views just got better and better. As we looked back over the clubhouse balloons were lifting in the distance, very picturesque. Some great challenges around the course without being brutal. Staff were great and encouraged fun which suited us down to the ground. We will be back.

Great Course!
I applied a discount and was able to play this course for under $50. Guess that deal was widely advertised, because the course was CROWDED on a Wednesday afternoon. Started right at noon and finished just after 5. The tough part was that there were NO foursomes in this whole mix....pairs and threesomes all over the place. So how does that translate to a 5 hour round? Golfers like me hitting horrible shots and spending inordinate buckets of time searching bushes and retrieving balls out of water features! Without a marshal in sight, it was ridiculous. Nothing could spoil the views and challenges on this course, though. Very, very nice. Fairways we're in awesome shape, and greens we're super fast. Great outing. The scenery made the slow pace bearable.

Slow 5hr round
Had to wait on most holes. They had no Marshall to speed pace of play. My buddy says he will never return as pace has been slow last three times.
