About
Eagle Vines Vineyards & Golf Club is tucked away in the foothills of Napa Valley, offering one of the most scenic courses in the area. It is also considered by many locals to be one of the most challenging. Every hole on the golf course provides stunning views of the surrounding vineyards. The layout sprawls across gently rolling hills that weave through stands of mature cherry and oak trees, shimmering waterfalls, and meandering creeks. The golf course offers challenging multi-tiered greens and postage-stamp landing areas that demand well placed iron shots. The memorable seventh hole features an even more difficult island green. There are also some tricky fairways that seem much more open than they are. Eagle Vines numerous risk-reward opportunities that will have golfers using every club in their bag.

Pure Greens.
Conditions here can fade away throughout the year. I’m assuming just the volume of traffic has increased so much in the past year which is a reason why. Greens never fail too disappoint. Always pure. Fairways always in great condition & the views are beautiful. Just stay out of the vineyards! Course has been one of my favorites for a long time

Tee boxes and food
Tee boxes are terrible & NEED WORK. Would be nice if the snack bar opened at 6am the latest for those who like early tee times.

Won’t be back
I have wanted to play this course for some time. It’s a bit of a drive, 90 minutes there, 120 black. The pictures you see on GolfNow are beautiful and old. The first hint was the driving range. Only patches of grass and very short. No drivers or hybrids. The fairways are so so. The greens where bumpy and hairy. The tee boxes in some cases were as bad as the driving range. The signature par three island hole had the worst tee box. Pace of play a was 4:45

Nice View and Layout
Marshalls needed to police slow play. It took us 5 hours for 18 holes!!! And this was on a weekday.

Great Time at Eagle Vine!
Fun course in Napa/American Canyon. Our 3rd time here in the last couple months. Friendly staff, well organized. Layout is challenging and follows the terrain nicely with some elevation changes to keep it interesting. Course is in great condition from tee to green. Pace of play in early morning was about 4:00-4:15 (our foursome was first out here last time at 6am and finished in about 3:45).

Great course could use some work
The tee boxes are in bad shape as well as areas in the fairway. Fences are falling down and hazards need to be marked better. The pace of play was slow as there were four walkers in front of us. As the holes are so spread out, walking really slows pace down. For the price, the course should be in better shape. Greens were in good condition as well as the bunkers. This course could be a gem if given a little more care and upkeep.

Excellent Value, Beautiful Views
While the course is challenging and the views are outstanding, the pace of play was horrible. For a mid-day, mid-week round, there is no excuse for this 5+ hour round. While there was a marshal on the course, i did not observe him addressing slow play for the groups ahead of us.

Great deal!
Good course with challenging layout. Only problem is no water on the course and no beverage cart and snack bar was closed. Bring your own food and drinks.

So much potential, but terrible tee boxes
Love the course outline, but all the tee boxes are in terrible condition especially the par 3. I’ve played here multiple times and hope for improvement, but it is still the same
