First time playing after shoulder surgery.
Had a great time playing after three months. My son and I had a great time.
carts/group
Had to wait past my tee time because they had carts, but no key's. So I had to wait for people to get done so I could use their cart.
The group they put me with had more beer in the cart than they had golf balls. After the 14th hole when my driver hit a ball washer because he was drunk I took my bag off the cart left.
I will be writing a letter to Course Co. the company who runs the golf course.
A Good Test
Because of a dry February the greens are firm and fast. A lot of good shots with short irons and wedges bounced and rolled off the back. Downhill putts are very quick.
The course is in great shape for the time of year, good value!
Good couse tough
Real tough course but if you play well you earned it course is in good shape greens roll real nice tough but fair no tricks to surprise you
Wonderful value
The course was in good shape. Only downside was that the pro shop let everyone go out as singles. Made for a slow round. Let’s just all play together.
Windy day
Even though the wind was strong today it was a perfect day on the course. It is amazing how well the course is right now and all the work being put into making it better
I am glad to see several of the fairways being redone making it easier to play
I be back very soon
I suggest going somewhere else
The course was so crowded that I left after 11 holes.
Smelling the wine in Napa
First time playing the course and the wineries were tempting after the round. I had a good time and played by myself but I caught a few foursomes in my round (to be expected), as I made it up to the 14th hole with a few pass thrus from some nice folks, but the foursomes were to much to over come. I skipped holes 15 and 16 and arrived at the 17th and the 18th to finish my round. The course was in good shape, the greens were soft, and the course is a little tight but has a good feel to it. If you like tight courses you won’t be disappointed and the price for the round was excellent.
Good Napa Course
The course is in pretty good shape. The greens are excellent. The tee boxes were being top dressed. The fairways are good but spotty bad in places. The course is challenging.
I recommend it as an enjoyable place to play.
It was ok...
Paid $30 for a Saturday early afternoon tee time through Golfnow. For that price it was ok and worth it, but I would not pay a dollar more than that to play the course. I’d say about 6-8 holes - mostly in the back 9 - were not maintained. One hole had a third of the “fairway” as hardened dirt (literally). Most greens were in decent shape, while 2-3 of them were in bad shape.
There was a beverage/snack cart going around - that was good. The bar next to the pro shop - nice people. Pace of play was just under 4 hrs - that was the best part!
Again...you get what you pay for.
Hot
The course was in great shape but the pace of play was slow 3 hours for the front 9 was hard plus the 97 degree temperature made it a rough day
Dispite that it was fun and I will go back
When it’s cooler
Great value
Pace of play was phenomenal. We had a 3 and a half hour round on a Saturday morning. Overall course is in good condition. Greens are smooth and rough isn’t terrible anywhere.
Bad Course Conditions
If you like elevated greens, losing balls on fairways this course is just for you. Grass clipping around greens and pot holes on fairways. There is also a homeless camp right next to the course. I wont be playing here anytime soon. Driving range is a joke by the way.
Great day
The pace was great the weather was great and the course was in the best shape I’ve seen in a long time
