The Crooked Cat Course is one of two 18-hole regulation courses at the Orange County National Golf Center and Lodge. The facility is also home to a nine-hole executive course. The Crooked Cat Course is a challenge with dramatic elevation changes and rolling fairways that are framed with mounding. The golf course has a links-style design with large, contoured greens and wide landing areas. Water hazards and several bunkers come into play throughout. There are also trees and native heather present on the course for a naturally beautiful atmosphere. Orange County National's Crooked Cat Course is favored among low handicappers due to its length and difficulty.

Not sure what’s going on at OCC but it’s way below their usual standard. Course conditions were average at best. Greens were super grainy and slow. Fairways halfway burnt and bunkers have very little sand in them. Saw the cart girl once on #3 and it was last call??? I regret paying $60 for a $30 course. And after we finished the cart guy says, “you guys good right?” As he’s sitting in a cart. Guess he has plenty of money and doesn’t need to earn tips. Unreal.

Challenge, but worth it

This course was challenging and fun. Great changes in elevation, sound greens, open fairways with unique challenges on each hole. Hit my best round ever, finally breaking 100 for a new golfer. 10/10 would come back. A little pricey, but definitely worth the experience.

Great conditions with some iffy greens

The rough and fairways are in great shape. The greens are mostly decent but a few are in pretty poor condition. It may be a result of all the traffic from the past year but I'd still be pretty annoyed if I paid top dollar morning rates.
