Verrado Golf Club - Founders Course

Awesome layout, no gimmick holes. Plays tough but fair, great layout, great greens roll true. Nice views, excellent staff. Well we’ll worth the drive down from Scottsdale to play here.

This is our second time playing Verrado....WILL NOT be the last. Place was great, pace of play was excellent....just at 4 hours (to be fair - we did have a very early tee time). Course was in great condition...layout has some challenges but is also very playable with the various tee choices!

Course was in excellent condition and a real pleasure to play. Play the proper tees and you will have a great experience. Scenery is spectacular so take your camera. You won't go wrong playing this fine course and get a bite to eat before or after your round as the food was excellent.

This was the second weekend in a row I played the course. Great conditions on the course and the practice area green was similar to the course surfaces which isn't always the case. The starter did try and rush us up to the tee to start 10-15 minutes early and we were waiting on groups every other hole through the front 9. Bar was understaffed at the turn but the cart girls took great care of us. Love the course, will be playing again. Great value to be found here. Have a breakfast burrito, those were amazing!

One of my favorite courses in the West Valley. Great layout, beautiful vistas and the best four par threes anywhere. You are missing out if you don’t play this track.

Visiting family for the week and found Verrado at what I was willing to pay and was not disappointed. Well worth the price. Kudos to the entire staff!

Had a great time .

The practice green was fast and then the greens were a little slow in comparison, should be the same. i was in the sand twice, once on 3 & 9.

The one on 9, the trap on the right in fairway closest to the OB and closest to the green. About 115 yards. I went to hit my ball cleanly and my foot slipped so much i fell where i stood. i was confused on why till i saw the light brown cloth only about 2" under the sand. Bottom line is this is not only dangerous but hinders golfers. You need more sand or your staff needs to rake it to an acceptable depth throughout the bunker.

I felt the course was not in the quality shape it was when i played it in the past. the sister course i played 5 times this year and had no issues.

Enjoyed our round of golf. We played the Founders course. Nice hole variety. Nice elevations on the back nine.

Played Founders course with 3 other family members. Pace of play was great, got off early. Great fun, will be back soon.

Great course, excellent practice area, friendly staff, good food and service on the course. 4:24 pace. Will play twice more in following week.

Course proshop nor the starter explained that we were to start on the back 9. We played the hole 1 before the cart girl put us on track.
