Northdale Golf Club

Not too busy in the mornings, course in good condition, greens of moderate speed. Played in 3 hours.

Some kind of liquor license issue prevented is from buying beers at the turn.

Pro shop is picked clean, only $50 titleist or recovered pond balls available.

This was not a bad outing, but I was disappointed with course conditions. Tiny pebbles throughout the fairway affected the final resting place even when tee shots or approach shots were in the fairway - they sometimes veered wildly off into the rough after hitting these tiny rock-slivers. With so many Tampa-area courses to choose from, I would hope the course conditions would improve so Northdale can be an option in the future.

Course has been neglected. Used to be a much better track. Unfortunate.

I normally love this course, and have played it many times.

The conditions have deteriorated considerably over the last few months, with the Tee decks and

Fairways almost unplayable.

Greens still OK, and they were just sanded.

This place needs help!

Not going back till things improve!

The carts quit twice and no one answered the phone in the club house! The person working the bar could not make change out of a twenty! The place is not worth the price!

This course is a bit too long for us seniors ( 5800 yds ) from the Gold tees......plenty of water hazards...greens are fine shape.....fairways nice and wide.....it was hot and windy today...didn't score that well, but would like to return someday soon.

The layout of the course was quirky and makes you think about a shot. I liked the challenge, however the condition of the fairways was not the best and the rough... it is a good name for it.... rougher than most.

After the round I found out why there was not a cart girl available... Waiting on a liquor license... Food was ok for a snack bar, but presentation was lacking.

For a course that charges $50/ player you would have thought it would be b=in better shape and better service.

For the money this is one of the better courses in the area. Challenging but fair

It was awesome, got paired up with a former member of the air force and had a phenomenal round. Conditions were pretty good, staff was friendly and accommodating. Group of 4 ladies in front of us, really slowed down the pace of play, we asked them if we could play through after they finished a hole, they said yes, then continued playing. They, all of a sudden started to pick up pace once’s someone on staff told them to get serious. Besides that , awesome course, coming back

To be clear the golf course is in great shape & the staff is alway great.. That said I've tried to grab food & drinks at the turn twice now & the people in the bar have zero understanding that players coming off 9 are in hurry. Just getting the girl to put her phone down & take your order in a challenge, then simple food like a hotdog takes far too long.. Play golf here bring your own snacks.

The course it self is very average, the greens were in decent shape but the rest is ragged old hasn’t been maintained very well, years ago this place was pretty good place to play, today it’s just another beat up public course not worth the money to play with SO MANY other courses much much nicer then this place. Also if you do decide to play there if they’re using they’re debit machine be sure and monitor you bank account because it does act up bad and could double charge you which they admit does happen because it’s old(what I got told) you then would have to deal with the rudest most dishonest GM in Dan Molter. Keep your PLAY ELSEWHERE!
