About
Countryway Golf Club is an executive golf course that is known for its extremely affordable rates. Situated in the heart of Westchase, it is considered one of the best values in Tampa Bay. The layout consists of eleven par-3 holes and seven par 4s. The golf course is challenging enough for more advanced golfers but it is still player-friendly enough for beginners to enjoy. The rolling terrain provides undulations in both the greens and fairways. The hills also make for some challenging putts. There is no shortage of water at Countryway Golf Club with hazards coming into play on 14 holes. There are also bunkers strategically placed throughout.

Best greens
Love the corse , can be slow at times , wish they had beer cart girl
Nice executive course
Course is a nice little course that has a nice pace to play course in above average shape
Course is in good shape (mostly)
I have played this course multiple times. Before they did a bunch of work and after. It is definitely better that before the upgrade but a few greens on the front were knarley. The back was in really good shape especially the greens. One thing that would help this course a lot is encouraging players to sand their divots in the fairway and repair their ball marks on the greens. If golfers would fix theirs plus 1-2 more it would be helpful.
Overall great especially for the cost
The greens were all in pretty good shape and decently fast for the most part the holes were challenging and play was fun the whole day
Best bang for the bucks
Overall the course is very clean, maintained and staff are very polite and helpful.
Countryway headed in the right direction
I’ve been to Countryway quite a few times ever since I began golfing about 4 years ago. This was by far the best visit. Course was in great shape, and it’s quite clear that they have an attentive grounds keeper who is focusing on keeping the course playable. The greens are in great shape, and rolled smooth as butter. My only complaint is with the pace of play, and that’s been a consistent element of golfing at Countryway. Highly recommend you pack your patience, but who knows maybe you won’t have the experience with the pace of play like I did.

This course is so worth the price, greens are partially new and great for shirt gane work. Staff is amazingly friendly! Highly recommend
Great course
I played this course in the evening and it was beautiful. The had exceptional greens and phenomenal fairways. Also a short course that is lovely for me since I don’t hit it that far. Love this course recommend for others.
Great value for your money.
Fun corse the weekends can be crowded and get a little slow, but all clubs are this way on the weekend.
Small but effective
Good course to work on short game. Course needs some time and it is getting better.
