About
Countryway Golf Club is an executive golf course that is known for its extremely affordable rates. Situated in the heart of Westchase, it is considered one of the best values in Tampa Bay. The layout consists of eleven par-3 holes and seven par 4s. The golf course is challenging enough for more advanced golfers but it is still player-friendly enough for beginners to enjoy. The rolling terrain provides undulations in both the greens and fairways. The hills also make for some challenging putts. There is no shortage of water at Countryway Golf Club with hazards coming into play on 14 holes. There are also bunkers strategically placed throughout.

First time playing at the country Way golf club
My friend and I that enjoy playing golf once a week for about the past two years really enjoyed the course. The difficulty was good. The greens were in great shape and we are able to play in 2 1/2 possibly three hours so Ray to play wasn’t bad we played through a couple of foursomes all in all clubhouse had good food for a hamburger chicken wings sandwich, joint all in all I will review it as a four out of five.
Not a high end country club.
This is an awesome little track. Conditions on the fairways and greens were great. Hard to imagine better value anywhere else.
Extremely slow play
The play was very slow. People were retrieving multiple golf balls from ponds while people were waiting on the tee. We saw a ranger but had no idea what he was doing.
Thursday Blues
We all enjoyed the day but our golf games were way off. We assume it was the pace of play for us .
We just could not get in rhythm to keep up a consistent game.
Might be better to book a later tee time on League days.
