About
Countryway Golf Club is an executive golf course that is known for its extremely affordable rates. Situated in the heart of Westchase, it is considered one of the best values in Tampa Bay. The layout consists of eleven par-3 holes and seven par 4s. The golf course is challenging enough for more advanced golfers but it is still player-friendly enough for beginners to enjoy. The rolling terrain provides undulations in both the greens and fairways. The hills also make for some challenging putts. There is no shortage of water at Countryway Golf Club with hazards coming into play on 14 holes. There are also bunkers strategically placed throughout.

Poor shape, extremely slow play, no Marshall.
My wife and I have played Countryway many times. Previous years it was in much better shape. The hurricanes may have had an effect on course conditions. They are working on repairing the course. Pace of play was brutally slow. Played the first two holes in tempo only to arrive at tee three where we were the 4th group waiting to tee off. No Marshall. Told staff after nine holes that 2 1/2 was too long.... and left! Desperately requires a Marshall.
We played Island Innisbrook and this course was in better shape
Nice short course
Super friendly and helpful staff! Course is a little tight and have to look out for people hitting because of it. Recommended
My husband and I golf here on Saturday, first time. Green were great. The staff is awesome, we felt welcomed. We enjoyed playing here, would definitely come back and recommend to others.
Love this place!
I know they had seeded and letting grass grow. That’s the only issue we had, otherwise a great place to play and dial in your short game!

Pleasant Golf Experience
The staff is very friendly, courteous and welcoming. We played at our own pace and the grounds were beautiful, even after Hurricane Milton! They had just reseeded the grass in areas, so very well kept up. The course was fun and even challenging with water and sand traps. I would definitely recommend this place. We ate afterwards and the food was yummy. Very reasonable for what you receive here.
