Desert Canyon Golf Club

First time and loved the course. Tough greens. Not a long course. Great beers in clubhouse. Would have loved a beer cart on a Saturday morning. Great to see staff moving slow play along

Course was very well maintained and staff was friendly. The course has awesome views of surrounding mountains!! Will play again soon.

Short course and pretty open. A little rough around the edges but good value.

We love this course! We typically have a foursome of women who are average golfers, play ready golf, and always keep the four hour round strategy. The entire staff is friendly and we are sure to have a nice lunch after the round!

I hadn't played this since the late spring. The course was in excellent shape,. The greens were smooth and fast, not out of control fast but a really good speed. The rest of the course was in equally good shape. The only drawback is the lack of a full size range, limited flight balls will get you loose but distances are a guess.

The course is very playable with room in the fairways, however if you miss into the brush it is thick enough to lose balls. Some holes require downclubbing off the tee but that only adds to the strategy. Plenty of elevation changes to keep it interesting for all skill levels and the mountain views are spectacular.

The greens were perfect and the course is well maintained. Lots of fun to play and all the holes are different zig zagging thru the canyons, up hills and down. You will either play your best game or it will humiliate you but leave you wanting to play there again soon. I've been playing this course for 37 years and never seen it in better shape and always a great round.

Always a fun and challenging round of golf, course is in excellent condition.

We had a 1230 Tee time and the starter moved the 1248 in front of us and allowed a twosome to cut in front of us. The twosome was a husband and wife and she was new to the game and was hitting two or three balls on each hole. No rangers on the course. We were at the course 45 minutes before our tee time and they move others ahead of us. Play was very slow and we quit after 9 holes.

Rental clubs little costly ($65 + tax).

Really enjoyed Desert Canyon. Pace of play was quite slow as there was a ladies tournament on and they were very deliberate to say the least however still enjoyed the round

Fun, easy, well maintained course. Club house staff was not very friendly towards outside players. Strange experience for sure....

The course is in great shape with quick greens and well groomed fairways. Today the pace of play was a little slow. We waited on almost every hole. Finished the round in 4 1/2 hours. Starting ar 1:24 and finishing about 5:50. Could not have played any longer as it was too dark. One group behind us finished, but others behind them did not.

Desert Canyon is always great to play. The vistas are hard to beat and the course is always in good shape. Pace of play is good summer and fall when I have played..
