About
Located a short distance from Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix and Arizona State University, Kokopelli Golf Course is a championship length course that offers many interesting challenges. The rolling terrain creates sloping greens and undulating fairways. A majority of the teeboxes and greens are elevated as well. The course also has large multiple island tees and water hazards in the form of meandering lakes that come into play on several holes. The signature hole of Kokopelli Golf Course is the par-5 18th hole. The dramatic finishing hole calls for a shot off an elevated too followed by an approach shot past water to an elevated green.

Good course. One hole under construction was not a problem. It
Poor staff on the course
Had two foursomes and both our groups were warned multiple times that was needed to pick up our pace while we were pacing for a 4 hour round the whole time. The staff was rather rude and ruined a nice golf outing for my buddy in town for his baby shower. The front desk, concessions and beverage cart staff were great but gotta give a 0/100 with the starter and the ranger on how they handled course play. You better be ready to spend 90 dollars a person to be rushed for 4 hours. Would not recommend. Also standing water on most of the holes

Course needs some attention.
I play this course a few times a year when we are here from WI. This was the worst condition I have seen the course. Many dead spots with no grass. One green had many Grassley areas. Pace of play was a bit slow.

The course was in need of some TLC
Everyone friendly but it was expensive for the condition of the course, the greens were in good condition.

Great course
Great course! Staff was friendly and informative. We showed up first thing in the morning and had no issues getting on.
The course was very fun and played well
The only call out I would have is there were cuttings on the greens

Well guarded
Way to tough for the average 10 handicapper
Degree of difficulty was great on almost every hole… seems like the designer didn’t want to give up any pars or birdies with the way he placed bunkers in front of most greens
Prettiest hole on the course was 18 it was pristine….most all others had a fair amount of
dirt/sand in the roughs.

Course in good shape greens in good shape only negative thing is course was pretty much wet on the fairways with water puddles on the side other than that would cough again
