About
Located a short distance from Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix and Arizona State University, Kokopelli Golf Course is a championship length course that offers many interesting challenges. The rolling terrain creates sloping greens and undulating fairways. A majority of the teeboxes and greens are elevated as well. The course also has large multiple island tees and water hazards in the form of meandering lakes that come into play on several holes. The signature hole of Kokopelli Golf Course is the par-5 18th hole. The dramatic finishing hole calls for a shot off an elevated too followed by an approach shot past water to an elevated green.

Good lay out
Had played two days earlier and pace of play was great. But on this day pace was terrible and didn’t see Marshall all day. I will give this course another shot with out a doubt.
Good staff, good pace.
Okay day, greens were punched but they should have been rolled afterwards lots of tufts sticking up which really affected putts. I don’t mind the punching, completely necessary but finish the process. Pace of play was really good and the starter is fabulous.

Too much dirt/ 5:10 round

It took us 3 hours to play the front 9. Sooooo slow. Brutal. 2 hours for the back nine

Course is very wet everywhere
Way too much water is being used. Your ball, clubs, shoes, etc. get very dirty. Greens are quite slow but in fairness, consistent.

Improvement
Since last year they have made a big improvement. If they'd go just a little more workability, more seeding along with lots of watering could get this course being a great course. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

What once was a pretty cool course is now a dust bowl in disrepair.

Pace of play
Took 6 hours to complete our round and a Marshall was no where to be found. Course was in good shape. But not regulating pace of play made for a poor experience.
