About
Located near the Estrella and White Tank Mountains, the Falcon Golf Club is an affordable, user-friendly course with an interesting layout. The front nine has a target-style layout with a desert landscape while the back nine has a more traditional design. The greens are medium-sized with a subtle break and the fairways are wide open. Water hazards come into play on two holes and there are numerous bunkers as well, especially on the back nine. The signature hole of the golf course is the par-3, fifth hole. This notable hole has water to the right of the green and bunkers on the front right and left. With its location just south of Luke Air Force Base, fighter jets are regularly seen flying over Falcon Golf Club.

Fun course. Airshow included.
This course is fun to play. Especially during the week when the fighter jets are flying. Not particularly manicired. Not really tricky or tough. The greens are the teeth of this course. Lots of undulation but smooth and true.
Better than Reputation
Falcon has moved up in my ratings. The course was generally in good condition tee to green. The fairways are lush and getting plenty of water. The wind was tough and the 3 long par 3s were killer!
Course was great on the fairways and green. If you were not playing from there it got a little rough. Overall fun experience staff real friendly, easy course.
Nice course, somewhat understaffed.
Course is in good shape despite appearing to be quite understaffed. Pace was ridiculously slow- need a marshal to push the pokeys. No drink cart with HOT conditions and little shade.Staff is great,management needs to step up & fix these discrepencies to return Falcon to the great course it used to be.
Falcon
A decent layout..counter person was a little gruff..not overly friendly. Fairways and greens were not bad, rough and desert areas untidy with a lot of debris but you are not supposed to hit it there. For $30 it was a good deal. Water containers on the course were empty on the front nine and by the range.
Luke runway is adjacent which is entertaining
The Falcon has improved significantly over the past year. The course has some interesting holes and the greens are in good shape. I also enjoy the Luke airforce jets providing some additional entertainment. Good value for money.
Falcon Golf Club
The course was a bit dry. Greens were quite hard. They really need to do a better job of mowing especially the rough and banks of the sand traps.they were quite disgusting. They also need some good fresh sand in the traps. Rodents have made a mess in numerous areas and need to be eliminated then repair (level) their damage. I do like the general layout and difficulty but good maintenance is really lacking.
Cool course
The course itself isn’t overly challenging, but having the air force base right there with jets taking off makes it worth everything. Such a cool and unique situation.
Very slow, round took almost 5hrs.
Great value for the money. But the course played so slow.
Pain
We had 3 or 4 groups that were together that played I n front of us. I’m not sure what type of games they were playing but had no clue of course courtesy. It was painstakingly slow. 5 1/2 hour round. The course was in bad shape. The worse I’ve seen in awhile. Will look elsewhere
Blue angels and F-35's
Let's face it the course needs some TLC and water. The day I played the wind was howling and the dust was blowing. The pace of play seemed slow but I played as a single so it would seem slow to me. However on the day I played the Blue Angels were practicing for an air show on the weekend. It was wonderful!!!! I loved watching the jets fly over and the maneuvers they were doing. Five jets in close formation(closer than I would of liked driving a car) is a thrill and a half.
Bunkers need some help
Fun layout but maintenance is lacking. The bunkers have thistle and weeds growing in them and like rock.
This could be an A+ course with some very basic maintenance.
