The Club West Golf Club offers 18 holes on a Brian Whitcomb-designed golf course that was originally built in 1993 and measures 7,142 yards from the championship tees on a par-72 golf course.
Club West Golf Club claims the 17th as its signature hole. It features double-greens, tees elevated 100 feet above the course and vistas of South Mountain and of the Estrella Mountain Range; players ought to pick the green they desire and then check the yardage. If the wind isn't blowing you back, pick one less club than usual, aim right and swing smoothly.
After the round, head over to the Club West Golf Club's clubhouse, which is the gorgeous home of the Lakeside Grille, which serves breakfast and lunch inside the stunning dining room or on a spacious patio featuring a fireplace and lake view.

Fun at Club West!
This is such a fun course to play. The layout is fantastic. Some short holes, some long. Really fun par 3s on the back nine. Course is in good shape, a few bumpy greens but very good overall condition. Not too difficult overall, but if you miss the fairways you'll be in trouble.

Beautiful Well Maintained Course
The course was in excellent shape. There is a nice variety of layouts...never got bored. Pace of play was good although allowing 5 somes slowed things down. My biggest complaint was poor yardage marking...tough to tell how far to the hole.
Will definitely return.

This is a great layout....I've always liked it and the course is in good shape. Play was a little slower than it should have been.
Great course and great staff.
We loved this course. The staff here were great. They were friendly and informative. The course was in excellent condition and offers many different great golf holes. We plan on coming back often this winter.
The course is challenging
The fairways were in good shape. The greens where FAST.. Took a number of holes to get used to the speed. The course lay-out requires a goo accuracy on most of the holes. Going off the fairway is challenging to find the errant ball. Brings plenty of balls if your handicap is greater than 10.
Slow
Played in over 5 hours. Beautiful day, friendly golf partners made it OK. Course good shape, greens were fast--needs better fairway yardage markers. All in all, decent course; will play again.

Got on a great course. Paid good price. Great day of golf. For the price we paid, time of year, course condition, couldnt ask for a better day. Booking on golfnow will save yIuou money.
The course is alot of fun, one of my favorites in AZ.
The course is in good shape except for some of the greens had some spots which didn't affect puttings that much.
The course should have some marshals riding around because we had some players in front of us that were slow and needed to be pushed.
Good condition and a fun course
Nice course. Club west is always a fun course to play with the price equivalent to the quality. The last 4 holes are some of the best in Phoenix.
Club West - great variety for each hole
The course is challenging and has a number of signature holes with great views overlooking the lands and communities below.
Each tee box should have a proper layout map and water as it was a hot day.
GPS might help as well or just better markings for yardage in the fairways.

Wish they had a GPS or even maps of the hole at the tee box.

The course is right in front of you, except for couple of par 5s.
Course is wide open. Greens too slow but well maintained as was the entire course. A couple of par 5s have forced carries over ravines and had bushes where there should not have been. Played cart path only which is a hassle.
Staff were excellent
My wife and I were late due to confusion about daylight saving time having just come in from California but the staff were very accommodating fitting us in right away. The course was in very good condition having just been over seeded so we were "cart path only" and the greens were on the slow side. Aside from that we enjoyed our round immensely and it was great value for the money.
This is a course that I love to play.
We were golfing just after the course opened after reseeding and so I had to review it as that. The greens were "woolly" as my playing partners described them but we expect that at this time. We have played here several times and other than this time of year it is a beautifully maintained course with two amazing signature holes from elevated tee boxes. We highly recommend this course to friends. Great value for the price!
This course needs 2-3 weeks of growth
I play this course quite a bit throughout the year, but this is the first time I felt the course was unplayable. It's one thing to play a newly established overseeding course, it's another to pay $42 for unputtable greens. This course needs at least 2-3 weeks of growth before it's ready for serious golfers to play a scorable round.
Overseed Time
I love the layout. Course is challenging. This was last day before beginning overseed so it wasn't green but was nice to play. Pace was extremely slow.
Waste of time.
1:50for 6 holes. Starting at second hole there was always 2foresomes then us waiting to hit. To much , no Marshall help to move it. Our threesome left, with 12 to play.
