Raven Golf Club - Phoenix

We enjoyed the course, best we've played since arriving 3 weeks ago. Everything about the course was good, the layout, the lush fairways and rough, the fast greens, the tree lined fairways, and the overall greenness. Would come back for sure.

The downside was the pace, 4:45 for our round, waiting on most every shot, no marshall all day..

No complaints. High quality course, great staff, and good pace of play. Never disappoints.

Weather-wise it wasn't a great day BUT the course was in great shape. The course was immaculate, the greens were smooth and speedy, and the fairways were super. With all that said, I was most impressed by the employees - VERY friendly, courteous, and made us feel like welcome guests.

Course was in excellent shape from fairways to rough. Tee Boxes and Greens in good shape, however greens did not hold.

Biggest criticism was the sand traps. Some were thread bare. Most were crusty, hard sand, with some having water and mud at the bottom. One trap I was in, had virtually no sand. There were a few that had been replaced with fluffy sand. All in all, the traps were poor, and very inconsistent from a swing and contact point of view.

Beautiful course, Difficult greens. Driving range was crowded.

I love this place. It’s just beautiful. Never a blade of grass out of place and they marshal it for pace of play which is great especially for Phoenix. It’s my second time here and I wish I could just stay here.

More than pleased with our day at Raven. The course was in fantastic shape - fairways were stellar and the greens could not have been smoother. Will definitely be on the "must play again" on next trip to Phoenix!

Course was in good condition except the bunkers were terrible. There was virtually little sand in them and they were as hard as concrete. Also found the staff were not all that friendly compared to the other courses I played

I have always enjoyed this course, but this year it was in spectacular shape. Very green and all in great shape.

Great course and great facilities. You won't be disappointed

Nothing negative to report here. This is a beautiful facility with outstanding practice areas, a great clubhouse, and friendly staff. Conditions on the course were the best I saw in the area this year. Tees and fairways are very lush. Greens are fast and roll true. Pace was very good, finished un under 4 hours without pushing anyone.

Course layout is a little boring to me. There are a lot of straight holes. A few of the holes offer interesting looks off the tee, but the course plays right out in front of you. I like a little more variety. Not a knock on the facility, it is what it is. This is a premium course, and they actually are not killing the player with the price like some of the others around town. I'd say good value for the great conditions and nice scenery.

This course has always been a favorite and this year was no exception. The course was in the best condition I’ve ever seen it. Greens were the best of the 5 courses I played this last week!
