Raven Golf Club - Phoenix

Not your typical desert course but great layout and fun to play. Got paired up with a local and had a very enjoyable round.

This course shouldn't exist in the desert but it does and it's a blast. I played one of the last days before the snowbird price hike, $69 to ride 18. This included a bag of range balls. The staff was friendly, the whole practice facility was great. Overall the course was in really good condition and the layout is challenging and fun. As all the other five star reviews illustrate, this is certainly a course worth checking out.

Very nice course and even better for the lower hotdeal price I got. Very nice layout, challenging at time but not overwhelming. Clubhouse was great, music which is not something I normally notice was great here and most definitely aiming for those rocking in the 70s and 80s. Free range balls, noice warm up area

Very nice layout and condition was very good. Greens we’re a little slow but we’re in great shape. Staff was very helpful and friendly. A special thanks to cart girl Morgan. She went above and beyond her duties. When some food wasn’t ready when we made the turn we saw Morgan around the 12 hole and she went back to the restaurant, picked up our food and delivered to us on the course. Thank you Morgan, bag boys, pro shop staff and greens keeper and their staff. Definitely a course you should play.

I had played this course years ago and remember it being a top course, in good condition and great service. This was not the case yesterday. Let’s start with the good - water coolers on every 3 holes, beverage cart showed up 4-5 times in the round, good pace of play. Now the bad - showed up at 8:30am on a Monday and no range balls were available for warmup, greens were still recovering from being aerated, carts were in poor condition, practice facility was in poor condition, over priced for this time of year, one hole was basically closed for bunker renovation. Won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Fantastic course.......love the layout and you feel like you are not in Phoenix on this track!

Course was in good shape. Amenities not as nice as expected for resort type course.

Staff was friendly. Never saw a course Marshall, hence the nearly 5 hour round in the heat.

Really need someone to Marshall pace on hot days.

The course was in great shape it is a challenging course for sure but I made the 11th hole look easy. We measured 162 yards to the pin so I grab a 7 iron and strike it true! I knew I had a good line but appeared to be short at first. Started walking off the box and stopped in my tracks as I saw the ball land and start rolling....rolling and drop right in the cup!! My first hole in one!! I'm still in shock what a day!! Cheers!!

Started to look short so I was walking off the box and saw it slowly rolling toward the pin and drop right in the cup!! First ever hole in one one ar one of my favorite courses. What a day!! Best greens I've played all summer. Better than the Troon courses I played. Fairways and tee boxes were also in great condition - really couldn't ask for better conditions for this time of year.

Had a slow 4 some in front of us for the first 9. The marshall pushed them along a bit and we ended at a 4.5 hour round.
