Raven Golf Club - Phoenix

This is a beautiful course in great condition. The layout is challenging but fun. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I have played this before and will definitely be back the next time I am in the Phoenix area.

Excellent course in great condition. There had been a frost delay and the staff was working hard to get everyone caught up. Play was 1hour behind We arrived early for tee time and they got us out earlier than our tee time. Waited on almost every hole , but not too long. Considering they give you a $50. pro shop credit to spend and $20. in the restaurant it was a good value.

Great layout. Course in fabulous shape tee to green. Very slow play but the Marshall was out there pushing the slow group. I will definitely play again.

This is a classical Country Club and by all means use your GolfNow free pass codes but it might not be worth spending the actual money on it for one round at an expensive price point. The course is very beautiful very interesting from the tips very challenging

The greens rolled OK but there are hundreds of black spots on the green that resemble unrepaired ball marks but just too numerous to be ballmarks.

So no tsure what the issue with those marks may be.

Great layout and scenery and one of the best courses in the valley.

There was a tournament ahead of us so pace very slow had to quit before we finished

Super golfing facility.

Check-in and starters were great.

Beautiful grass range and large putting green.

Tee to green, course was in fantastic condition.

Greens were very quick and rolled true.

No problem with pace as we were 1st group out but saw a ranger 4 times throughout round.

Some great golf holes. Undoubtably best course I played of 4 during the week.

Without hesitation.... would play here again when in the area.

The Raven should be on everyone's to-golf list. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the course is immaculate and makes you think you're in northern Arizona or the upper midwest with 6,000 pine trees!. I highly recommend this experience to anyone.

Since it opened the Raven has been a top notch layout. The entire course was in excellent shape. My only gripe is that some of the tee boxes force you to play the ball above your feet. In my opinion, a flat tee box should be a guarantee on every hole. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Course always in great shape and very challenging. Staff is also very friendly and helpful. Top 10 course in the state in my opinion.

First I must commend the staff for being nice and accommodating. I asked the starter if I could play earlier than my regular ttime and he found a spot for me. The course is just suited for my game.Well maintained course. Wished other players should have fixed their ball marks on the green. Really enjoyed my time.

Fairways are in great shape but the greens are rough

The Raven course is certainly one of the best layouts in the valley. One caveat...if you are more than a 6-8 handicap, please do not play the silver tees or longer. This sucker plays long. One of the par fives plays about 600 yards ( from silver tees, not the tips) and is slightly uphill. Condition of this course is amazing. The greens are hard and fast. There is not a better value in town, bar none. Again, the silver tees (not the back tees) play over 6700 yards, and unless you hit it 260+, plan on hybrids or fairway woods to most of the par fours. I am a six handicap (and 67 years old) and I struggled to break 80 (barely). Play the white tees and have some fun. Pine trees in the desert are worth the price of admission. I highly recommend this course, but don't feel you have to play the man card. Play it forward and enjoy the layout. Outstanding course. I give it my strongest recommendation. Just play it smart and enjoy one of the best layouts in Arizona.

Great course to play! Sand in traps are lacking on various holes. Greens held well and putted smoothly. Fun course to play and would recommend it to other golfers. Pace of play was poor but it was supposedly due to a tournament earlier in the day.

The Raven Golf Club is a beautiful Course. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. I don’t think I have ever played a course that was in such excellent shape.
