Raven Golf Club - Phoenix

The course is in great shape after overseeding! Beautiful layout with lots of trees that provide shade. Greens are rolling pure. Staff are warm and friendly. I love this place and will be back soon.

I really enjoy this course. It is challenging and fun. The greens are not easy when they are running fast. The surroundings are great to see too!

Course in great shape right now. Greens are rolling pretty quick and true. Fairways are in good shape. Only issue with the course is the bunkers. A lot of that is from rain but they’re still very firm. Not much sand. Worth paying $30-35 for right now.

It was a perfect day for golf, and the course delivered too. Great greens, interesting layout. Not too difficult. They should include a shorter teebox than 5700 yds. It was very long for my wife, but even she enjoyed it. They said they had a "family tee" but didn't.

Love the course needs more maintenance on the overall look of the course. Meaning flowers edging etc. Please don’t get this comment twisted is a very nice course but curve appeal needs a facelift

The greens and fairways were in great shape. Unfortunately, the bunkers and tee boxes were not. Additionally, the pace of play was EXTREMELY SLOW. I was paired with another gentleman, and we were joined by a single behind us on hole 4. We literally waited 10 minutes between shots on every hole as a threesome, though there were supposedly rangers on staff.

The cart team and starter were great, while the inside clubhouse staff was TERRIBLE. They didn’t greet any customers, and I actually had to look around for the gentleman working the desk in order to check-in. He was found sitting in a chair in the corner, and didn’t say a word to me when I walked in. Customer service 101 at it’s WORST!

Played with a foursome this past Sunday and the course was in great shape! Greens rolled true and the pace of play was perfect. We finished the round in a little over 4 hours. It would've been great to see the cart girls more than once but other than that, it was a positive experience. One of my favorite courses and will be playing again soon before the rates go back ^.

First time to play at Raven. Staff was friendly and helpful. Course is very straight forward- all but two holes the flag can be seen from the tee box- course well groomed. Plenty of areas for water- nice on a 105 degree day. Play moved well- never felt rushed or had to wait for the foursome ahead of us. I highly recommend.

Really nice resort style course. Played well, conditions were just about perfect for the time of year, staff really great. Will definitely keep this one on top of the list next time around.

The Raven is a great course to play. I have played off and on since it was developed. I like the layout, the rolling fairways, and generally the course location.

I don't like the steep prices charged to play this course. i know we are in a golf "mecca" but I wold play this course much more frequently if their prices were more inline with other local courses in the area. That said, I still try and get on the course at least annually or more often and Golf Now provides that opportunity with Hot Deals.

It would be nice to see the Raven offer Arizona residents/seniors/veterans a discounted rate.

This is a tough time of year (summer) for course conditions, but the Raven course was in great condition. The greens were just aerated and sanded recently so putting was a little inconsistent, but not as bad some other courses in the area.

Can't wait to get out and play another round before the green fees skyrocket for the winter!
