Foothills Golf Club

Foothills is a good layout and it used to be a decent track. But not any more. Large sections of the fairways and areas around the greens have NO grass at all. Even the MATS on the range are slowing signs of wear. The greens were so long and slow that putting more than 15 feet was virtually impossible; and the shorter ones were very inconsistent making even putting no fun. I hope that someday the management will invest in the course and make it at least payable

Course is in terrible condition. Would not play here again. If I owned a home on this course I would be embarrassed!!

The course is in reality good shape. Plush fairways, greens are a little slow and the length of grass on tee boxes are too long

Everything was as expected. The only problem was the group that joined us had a dog that took all their time and they brought it onto the greens. Made play slow.

Could be a phenomenal course, great layout and views, needs a little extra tlc in some areas. Also when asked if i want to hit balls at the driving range before my round, I would not normally expect to see an $8 charge on my receipt for the balls. Course has great potential, needs a little work/effort put into it.

Great course layot, fairways and greens were good, a little scrubby on the edges.

Little rough around the edges but most are. For those who care about beverages we were visited 4 times.

Nice track. Fairways and greens pretty decent. Roughs and sand traps need help. Friendly staff and starter gave great advice. My wife and I enjoyed the course. Not close to Scottsdale but worth the drive. 😎

We love The Foothills course. Best value for money in East Valley. Troop is taking over management which will mark it even better (although a little more expensive but still worth it.

Started at 230pm and done in 3 hrs!
