Foothills Golf Club

Course was nice. Staff very friendly. Fairways were in good condition, Greens are pretty slick, tough reads as well.

Over all liked the layout. Course runs through a neighborhood. Course can paly really long if playing from the tips. I played the middle tee and the Par 3s were right around 200yds. Pace of play was great. took around 4-4.5 hours for 18.

I would recommend this course to anyone that likes a challenging course.

I play this course frequently and am excited to see what new ownership and management is able to bring to it. The overseed came in well and the fairways were looking good. They have sand in the bunkers and the greens had the best growth I've seen there in a while. We played at 930 Saturday morning and barely ever saw the group ahead of us or behind us. I love the layout of this course and just hope it can stay in the shape that is needed for the price the charge.

When I pulled up, I was greeted very nicely. Clubs are taken out of my car cleaned put on the card. It was directed to Pro Shop., the pro shops, clothes were empty because the old owner took them all, and Troon had just taken over the golf course. I was a single, and they set me up with two members who were super nice course. Fairways were nice condition. Also the greens.

Typically play Foothills a couple time a year while I’m down from canada,, booked with a buddy and joined by couple of singles that became only 3 at the tiurn. Course in good condition, greens firm but consistent in speed.

Really enjoy the lay-out and blend of housing resort “fairways /rough” with the addition of desert between the rough and boundary’s / houses.

As course winds its way thru the hills, neat scenery or nature and varied architecture styles of the housing development surrounding the course .

Tee boxes on the par 3 perhaps needed to be re positioned , otherwise a flat and in good condition.

Staff very friendly, refreshments cart was out on the course ,…game moved along very smoothly , done in 4 hrs or slightly less

Managed to snag the rounds at a reduced rate ($91 down to $64) so we felt the value we got was very good and et full rate still a good value..

Hadn’t played foothills in about 15 years. Overall conditions were very solid. Fairways were good, not great but never had a poor lie. Greens were good. Rolled true. Not as fast as higher end places but very solid. Pace of play for a Friday afternoon was under 4 hours and the staff was very friendly.

Our round at Foothills was one of those awesome days, weather was perfect, course in good shape, golf game was pretty good.

Making reservations was a horrible experience because they wanted way too much information!

We had not played the Foothills

for a few years because we felt, then, that it was slightly neglected. We were pleasantly surprised by the current fairway and green conditions. Sand traps are a real challenge and are very well maintained. Lovely course where we get golf value for our money
