About
Foothills Golf Club offers 18 holes of golf on a golf course designed by Jay Morrish and Tom Weiskopf and built in 1988. The par-72 golf course measures 6,901 yards. Foothills Golf Club sits among the South Mountains, and features a contrast of challenge and forgiveness on a links-style course that allows golfers to play a target layout that has more than 65 bunkers that daunt, fairways that roll and desert that has a lot of rocks. The fabulous championship golf course provides the locale for all levels of golfer to shoot a memorable day of golf.
After taking in the views of the South Mountains on the Foothills Golf Club's golf course, head back to the clubhouse, for wonderful vistas of the course and the Estrella Mountain Range.

First time
Played for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. The course is in nice condition, nothing too difficult, and it was priced quite affordable. Will not challenge low handicappers, but nice for the average golfer. I look forward to playing here in the future.

Great track with awesome views of the mountains!
Only thing keeping this from being 5 stars was the tee boxes. Some were a bit uneven. But the greens and fairways were great, and the views were awesome. Would love to come back out and play this one again!

Nice Facility/bad carts
Nice Facility/Staff were nice except the starter was mean when I drove by on accident since it was my first time, but he was in a snack shack. Your bad not mine. Also, who has gas golf carts? I was sick from fumes following my partner

Great course
Course was is pretty fair shape… Troon took over and is doing a great job…with big changes coming…keep up the good work.. greens are in nice shape…few bad spots as usual…but they rolled smooth and were very fair…coming back next week!!

Foothills Golf Course
Generally an average Phoenix type of golf course, with good potential. Price is high for this type of course unless you can get one for $50.00 of less, through Tee Off/Golf Now

Great Day
We were prepared for a cold day of golf but the weather was beautiful. Most people thought it was too cold and wet to play so we felt like we had the course to ourselves. The course was very playable. Greens looked like they would be really fast but they were not but they played very consistent. Fairways were great too. I do wish people could put sand in their divots. Jeff at the carts greeted us and was very friendly. He set the stage for a great day. Starter Rick was welcoming too.

Amazing Condition
Played this in late December and the conditions were great. Fun layout and quick pace. Love the layout and will be back for more rounds. Great staff and food as well.

Great day and good course
My son and I loved playing this course. The pace of play was good, we started on time and finish about 10 minutes ahead of the pace. The course was in great shape, the fairways were amazing, the greens were fast and consistent.
