North Golf Course at Granite Falls Golf Club
About
The North Course is one of two courses at Granite Falls Golf Club, the other naturally being the South Course. The North Course was built on a rolling, hilly terrain with stately trees and abundant shrubbery. Although the fairways are quite generous, they are undulating and surrounded by sand traps. There is also extensive mounding and bunkering, both grass and sand, to provide more challenge. Water hazards come into play on 10 holes. Many holes have beautiful mountain backdrops, creating a scenic environment for the game. The course has four sets of tees, making it accessible to all skill levels. Granite Falls Golf Club, in addition to the two golf courses, also features a grass driving range with target areas, two putting greens, and a short game area with a practice bunker.

Water and trees make for an 18 hole oasis in the desert.
Fun course set in a retirement community, laid back, easy pace. Greens are slow, but overall conditions were excellent.
Fun course to play
Have some time and patients when playing this course. I was a single and no one would let me play through. The staff was disorganized. I had to call the clubhouse while I was at the 1st tee to see if I could go because I was never called and it was 15mins after my scheduled time. The course itself is in great condition, very fun with some really challenging shots, but then some relief with a few easy holes mixed in. Overall as a fun course, 4 stars. Customer service, 1 star.
This course is very eye appealing with lots of water.
A great golf course thats fun to play. The condition is exellent from tee to green. Well bunkered with plenty of water. The fairways are wide and lush giving you a choice of ways to play each hole. You won't be disappointed
Nice course, well conditioned, good layout.
First time at Granite Falls, definately the jewel of Sun City Grand. The course has a little of everything, water, elevation, mountain views. Although breezy and "cold" for AZ standards, it was a nice course.
Enjoyable round of golf
This is the first time I have played this course and it was really an enjoyable round of golf with different hole setups and good distance for my game. The conditions were very good and because I played in the late afternoon, the course was not crowded.
Course was well designed, challenging yet playable. I have a new favorite course !!
By far the best new course I have played in the last 15 years. Was born and raised an avid golfer in Arizona then lived and played courses in NC for 15 years. I have not been as impressed or enjoyed a round as much as the day I played Granite Falls North. What a wonderful welcome home.
good
Preparing to over seed south course so the north course was a little congested, but still good play only slowed down ocassionally.
