Great family outing at Laguna Seca
One of our favorite local courses in the Monterey area--due to layout and availability. Played with two of my sons-630am tee time-first ones off nobody ahead of us and nobody chasing us. Finished in 3 hours then had a nice breakfast at the grill.
Best bang for your buck
Want to play a course in the Monterey area? Don’t want to those prices? IYKYK then come to this hidden gem
RTJ never disappoints
Course was in perfect condition. Great staff. Beautiful vista on every hole.
Wedding
I recently attended a wedding and was extremely disappointed by the experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. Throughout the day, they seemed irritated and dismissive, which made the atmosphere quite uncomfortable. The wedding coordinator, Amber was in charge of all the disruptive calls.
The worst part came when we were abruptly kicked out of the venue early. Without any prior warning or explanation, the staff started rushing us out, despite the fact that the celebration was still in full swing. It was incredibly disrespectful to the couple and their guests, who were there to celebrate a special occasion.
I expected much better service for such an important event. I would not recommend to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable wedding experience. Save your money and find a venue that values its guests and treats them with respect.
Fun course!
Well maintained course with a challenge for all levels of players. Pace of play was great and staff was friendly. Great value through golfnow and would definitely play in the future.
Continued steady conditions
The hit and miss conditions of old seem to be gone. The last 18-24 months have seen steady conditions at Laguna Seca. Fairways are consistently lush with full coverage throughout the entire course. Greens roll at a medium pace and mostly smooth. The entire course is very playable all at an appropriate price point.
I’m very happy to say that the conditions now match the great layout.
Dirty bathrooms
It was a perfect day to play golf. Sunny, light wind, @68 degree. I was let out before my ttime. Fairways and greens are in good conditions. Everything was good excepts the bathrooms, mens. Maybe the person responsible is not feeling well today. It should not cost that much to give it a new paint. I think the management never been on the course to check things out. Sad :(
