About
Las Colinas is one of two championship golf courses at Mission Inn Resort. It is less challenging than the other course, El Campeon, but both provide enjoyable and unique rounds. Las Colinas sprawls across gently rolling hills with elevation changes that are less startling than those found throughout the older El Campeon course. Twisted oak hammocks and a sprinkling of lush pines accent Las Colinas. The golf course has an inland links layout that boasts wide-open, forgiving fairways and large, receptive greens. There is an interesting variety of risk/reward opportunities as well as a few forced carries. The course has many player-friendly features but its classic architecture does call for a fair amount of accuracy, especially on its signature hole, the par-5 12th. Nicknamed "Alligator Alley," this 493-yard hole features a winding, tree-lined fairway.

great course
first time playing here and it was as great as we had been told.

THIS IS ONE OF THE NICEST COURSES I HAVE PLAYED. LOOKING FORWARD TO PLAYING HERE AGSIN.
Wouldn't hesitate to come back!
The name and history speaks for itself! I highly recommend, the fairways were in pristine condition especially with all the rain that's came down. Greens were sanded and fertilized but there's a tournament next week that they are preparing for so I have no complaints. I will be back!
Great day on the course
It’s always a treat to play these two great courses. Today was no exception. The course was in excellent shape. The greens were firm and rolled true and fast. As always the staff was friendly, courteous and doing anything they can to be helpful.

1st Time Great Course!
My first time playing Los Colinas. Played with another single. We finished in 3 hours, as no one was ahead of us. Fairway rough a bit high, but over all course conditions were very good.Will look forward to playing again.
Great except for pace of play
Range and practice green is beautiful. Staff is very friendly. Course conditions were very good and drainage is good considering rains we've had. Greens were smooth and good speed. Only problem was pace of play was horrible!! Our round took almost 5 hours due to one group who had a 4 hole gap between them and group in front of them. Ranger told us about it but apparently didn't do anything about it. Unacceptable in my opinion. This is my probably tenth time at mission inn and this is the first time I've had a pace problem so hopefully an anomaly. Great deal otherwise for $45.
Perfect place
Mission is the best place to play golf in central florida. The conditions are always top notch!
Not bad
Still coming back from punching the greens. Could be tip top... but rain has effected the course. Would play again!
Great course
Great value for the money. Even though wet conditions in spots, the course was in great shape. Greens were just coming back from aeroation and was a little inconsistent.
Staff was customer friendly.

Nice, but not impressed
There are golf courses that are just as good that aren’t hyped up like this place. Don’t get me wrong, it nice but for the hype, could’ve been better. With that said, I would still recommend it if you don’t have to travel too far to play it.
Challenging but fun
This course is really great offers some challenges due to heavy rain lately back nine was pretty wet in certain areas affected play a little but overall a great experience nice gem in Howey

Conditions are top notch according to you but you give them a good instead of excellent? You said its the best place to golf in central Florida. Why not excellent conditions then Gotta? Gotta be better than that when reviewing.
