Mission Inn Resort & Club - El Campeon Course

Front 9 layout is passable, back 9 layout I s good. Good conditions. Good bar & restaurant area. Good practice facility.

While in Florida, we always find time to make it to El Campien at least once! Course is challenging, in good condition, and well run.

A wonderful round with family at a great course. The condition of the fairways and greens was very good.

The bar and restaurant was extremely good especially for a golf facility.

El Campeone is a very nice, challenging course in excellent condition. Would recommend this course to anyone. Difficult layout and a fair amount of water. I’ll be back...

In my top three places to play. El Campeon in excellent shape. Variety of holes Elevation...(up n down fairways) Island greens......water holes....doglegs.

This course is better then any other in Central Florida.Awesome conditions. Tough layout will challenge your game. Friendly , accommodating staff. 3 hour 45 minute round. Can't beat this course!!

Great course bit won't play again. Waited for EVERY shot. Not even a break after a par 3 or waiting for second shot on a par 5. Next tee, group still waiting. 5th hole had four groups on a par 4. On green, in fairway, on tee and us

5 hours to play a round of golf is not acceptable. Not one Ranger on the course. Very difficult course, but the pace of play should have been a lot faster than it was. Course was in very good condition. Difficult to read the greens at times but they were in good shape overall.

Great layout but a bit crowded. The holes were unique and fun. Could use a little work around the edges but a great value for the money and area.

10 of us take two Nic we golf trips each year. We have traveled all over the US and to Ireland. This year our first trip was to Orlando,. We played 4 courses, 2 in a very nice resort in Orlando and one on a beautiful private course. An El Campeon. Our group Consensus was that El Campeon was the biggest surprise of our trip. It had such a wonderful value and the vibe was very old school in a very positive sense. Conditions were great and the course was difficult enough without being unplayable for our group that ranges in handicaps from 4 to 21. I would recommend it to any level of golfer. We plan to come back and stay at the inn and play both courses.

I pre paid for three tee times. One of my golfers was diagnosed with COVID the day before our round and obviously had to cancel his tee time.

So I paid for three tee times and only utilized two tee times without a refund or credit for the third unused tee time.

Very disappointed with no refund policy

This is by far the most beautiful and competitive course in central Florida.
