The condition of this place is inexcusable. How anyone thinks it’s ok to charge any amount of money at all to play here is mind-boggling. The smell of the water in the lake on the back nine was so unbelievably bad we had to leave without finishing the hole. I’ve never smelled anything like that in my life.

Holy green fees
I just saw a hot deal for $66, which there is no way anyone should pay to play here. I personally would not pay more than half that to play this muni. Course is in overall below average shape for the area.

Wildhorse golf
Pace was great. I had my worst ever round the day before at National, I had my best round in a few years at Wildhorse. Given that, I enjoyed it thoroughly. As usual, the course was in good shape and has character.

Course Layout Confusing
Conditions fair tee to green. Not many people on course because of hot afternoon temps. Pace was fast and groups did let me through since I was a single. Staff is very friendly and would play course again.

This place has gotten a bad a bad reputation from years past. In the last two years the greens keeper has this place dialed in. Love playing here.
