The Legacy Golf Club

The last time I played here, there were many things wrong in different parts of the course. Much improvement has been made since then. Soon, it will be back where it needs to be. Congrats on the continued improvement goes to all who worked on it.

Disappointed in the quality of the greens. They were sanded, aerated, not cut to proper length, bald spots with no grass. Showed up in vegas to play a nice course and left disappointed in the time we spent out on the course. Pro shop doesn’t have basic amenities like sun screen. Range balls were bald and no practice putting area available. Don’t waste your money.

The greens are in awful shape. Thick grass in spots. No grass in other spots. Fairways in decent shape. Will not be going back.

What get for what you paid for. It’s run down and very disappointed. I will not play this course again. Green was terrible shape.

Backnine was closed for aeration so played frontnine twice but greens are punched and sanded.

Played this course at least 200 times since 1999.

This is peak season with guests intown from across the country. I was embarrassed by the overall condition. It was extremely dry and many greens had little to no grass. The pins were actually placed in areas that had the least grass? My favorite hole is #10 (signature hole) and it was in excellent shape tee-to-green!

I paid $50 (2:40p) on Golfnow. Locals seem to pay way more after the pandemic surge.

Something to consider, $50 (Legacy) vs $77 (Angel Park)……

Got a great price on tee time via GolfNow. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Greens were very variable, with some having the hole cut in the middle of a dead section, some being lush all over. Fairways were on the dry side but not bad. Had a slow group ahead of us, no marshal. For the price, felt we got a good deal and we will be back.

I planned a 4 round event for friends in town for a visit and was totally embarrassed of the condition and pace of play of this course. Rotted out greens effected all putts especially being that the pins were all positioned in the rotted areas of the green and never repositioned 9told to me by staff) during the week. Divots,tire tracks and unkept tee box areas rounded out the course. At the turn not even a hotdog was ready at 12:30 lunchtime and the food area was not allowed to deliver anything to us on the 10th or 11th? The other 3 courses we played were in great condition and prepared for play.

The course might once have been impressive, but one quickly sees that it receives very little water. The result is sadness & not even anger. The staff I think does their best, but it’s bare bones.

5 years ago, this course was an absolute jewel. It has been let go and destroyed. I regret having to post this review because this has always been one of my favorite courses to play in Vegas. Arthur Hills did a great design but new management has completely destroyed this course. The fairways are bare and the greens are in terrible shape. I was charged $150 for a course that should only charge $30. Do not believe the pictures shown on the website as it is a complete lie about the state of this course. Do not waste your money.

Layout n conditions are very good. Can be compared to any private course. It used to deep rough but no more.. greens are fast.. starter allowed two sums play too much.. pace is slow from that.. best course for value.

They didn’t overseer so the fairways are very very thin. Almost better to be in rough as more grass.

I hate writing a bad review but after hearing my friends from out of town paying $70 for the atrocious condition, I have to leave a bad review because morals. Simply avoid because the course has been in same terrible condition for the past 2 years. It’s worth $20 at most. DO NOT PAY ANYTHING OVER $20 to play this course. Do you enjoy putting on beat up fairway? Do you like rough like condition for fairway? Don’t ruin your clubs
