About
TPC Las Vegas (formerly known as The Tournament Players Club at The Canyons) is Vegas' premier PGA Tour facility, making it a popular destination for professional players and casual golfers alike. The golf course enjoys a scenic backdrop provided by Red Rock Canyon, with views stretching past the surrounding mountains to the Las Vegas skyline. Lush greens contrast the rugged desert landscape of arroyos and barrancas. This challenging layout will test the shot-making skills of even the most seasoned players. The deceptively sloped greens can be difficult but the fairways are somewhat wide and give a little room for error. The back nine presents a particularly formidable test. It is difficult to pick out a signature hole, but the par-4 13th, nicknamed "Death Valley" is memorable for being one of the best risk-reward opportunities on the golf course.

Feel like a PGA pro
What a great course! Absolutely perfect conditions; you'll almost feel guilty taking a divot on the carpet-like fairways. Greens were PGA level quick (I'm talking 12+ on the stimpmeter)...really made me appreciate what those guys and gals can do. I highly recommend this track!
Awesome views
Just a great course from beginning to end. Pace of play was about 4 hours. Greens were excellent.

excellent course to play in vegas
Course was in great shape as they were getting ready for PGA event this coming week. Rough around greens was thick but that would be expected with tour event. Loved the layout.

Beginning of Fall Golf
We played cart-path only as course completed over-seeding. The course played excellent, not too wet.
Staff was the best we encountered in Las Vegas area. We will return to play the TPC Las Vegad.

Beautiful course
The course was in amazing shape. It was a little challenging as it was cart path only. The greens were a little as they recently over-seeded but overall it was a beautiful course. I've been fortunate enough to play a number of TPC courses and this was my favorite behind TPC Sawgrass.
Second behind TPC Sawgrass is #1 in our book! Sawgrass is truly a special experience. Thank you for your feedback and comments and for choosing to play TPC Las Vegas. We look forward to having you back as well as enjoying other TPC's around the country!
Not bad for desert golf
I played right after they overseeded to the golf course and the conditions were not that good, the greens were very bumpy and the fairways shaggy and believe it or not wet and muddy. Very disappointing for the money charged. My biggest beef though was the faulty sight lines off the tee. Many landing areas are not visible. Makes it tough for a first time visitor. The fairways are surrounded by many rocky areas. Bring a trash club if you tend to spray the ball.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We value it and appreciate your comments. Conditions after over seeding are not optimal for anyone, but for the grass to grow and mature, it needs water and can not be cut down right away. And with the adoption of our GPS system, you are provided an overview of each hole to plan your strategy. Not sure why that system wasn't more useful to you. Our rates at the time reflected the fact our course was not 100%. We would be happy to have you back out to our club under normal conditions at a preferred rate to make up for your experience here. Great course, great lay out
I love this lay out. This round the course is just out of reseed. Greens were a bit slow, the tees were shaggy. All that is too be expected this time of year. Great staff and great course. Will play anytime I can.

Very Good Exsperience
I really enjoyed the layout of this track however, the greens were quick as is the norm for this time of the year. Looking forward to playing it again in the fall.
Thank you for your feedback and very nice comments. Indeed our greens will be different come fall, but if you are looking for fast greens, please play our course again in December where they can roll up to a 13!
You have to play
Everything was great except the fairways were a bit beat up. the greens were the best.

Nice course, great staff.
For some reason our booking through GolfNow hadn't been registered at TPC when we arrived. Without any fuzz they got us out at another tee time and honored the special price we had recieved through GolfNow. Simply brilliant. =)
Great service throughout, very friendly.
The course was in good shape overall, but some fairways were not that good and there were quite a few unrepaired ball marks on the otherwise good greens. For the 65USD we paid TPC was definetly value for money.
Great putting surfaces!
Let me say this round was a personal best for me, so it may have a little bias built into the review! The putting surfaces were perfect speed, 9.5-10.5 and VERY smooth. Great layout and played in 3 hours 35 minutes as a foursome.
Hey, we'll take a little bias any day.....it's the small breaks that help win the majors! Sounds like a perfect day and we were glad to be a part of it. Hope to see you agan soon!
Top Tier golf course
This course has very nice facilities. Nice locker rooms, restaurant, attendants, etc. It is a top tier golf experience. The course id in excellent condition considering I played in the heart of the summer. I look forward to making this a regular round for me.

Hadn't played here in several years. Got a good rate and came out with a friend from Buffalo. The course was in great condition. It is a challenging course with a lot of bunkers. During these hot summer months the greens don't hold the ball well (same at any Vegas course) so it's knowing that is a help.
Great staff and the restaurant has top notch bartenders and servers.

Great course
if it wasn't for a discounted green fee from a golf app then I probably wouldnt have played. They seem to charge too much even for locals. But for $30 it was well worth it. Love this course
Thank you for your 5 star rating and feedback! We are indeed a treat for locals to play and if $30 a round is your acceptable budget, we would strongly suggest becoming an annual member and playing 183.3 times a year!
Great Morning outing
Played early morning 0700 -1100, temp went from 84 - 100! Finished in time prior to it hitting 109! It was a good day and the staff was great.

We had a nice round at TPC Las Vegas, unfortunately we ended up behind two groups that tid not let our two ball through.

This course is wide open very friendly to average players
A friend of mine and I played on the PI UT Snow Mountain Course two days earlier and it was in a lot better shape not saying that TPC was not in good shape
Thank you for your comments, feedback and choosing the TPC Las Vegas! Summer conditions are tough in the desert and Paiute has a slight edge when it comes to a higher elevation and cooler temps....which is why playing both of us would make for a great day of golf!
