Desperado/Outlaw at Badlands Golf Club

I took lots of photographs of these scenic holes, and the weather was perfect. After playing Royal Links, I really believe Badlands is the better value...despite the fact that their greens need work. I have no desire to play Royal Links again, once was enough, but I look forward to playing Badlands again someday.

If target golf is your thing, then you'll love this course. (Target golf is NOT my favorite. So, I'll be not returning.) They have many different tees to play which means it is good for a group of varying level of golfers. The greens were very nice - fast and rolled true.

I played on the Diablo and Desperado courses! Loved it, but very challenging! Greats were fast but putt wasn't difficult. Fairways are very narrow and accuracy is a must.

I'd do it again!

From Golfnow point of view I would no t have played there at the advertised rate - so Golfnow got me there.
I enjoyed the course, even though it was very hot that day.
Would recommend any golfer to play there with your deal.

Played during overseeding season. Two of the three nines were open and one of them should have been closed. The condition was terrible.

This course was our favorite of the trip. The course was in great shape and the pace of play made the round very enjoyable. I would recommend this course to anyone that is going to visit the area. On top of the great course the scenery was fantastic.

As is the norm, you never get told before hand that the couse is about to be overseeded. However, the proshop made it up to us by discounting the rental clubs, giving us $20 gift cards for merchandise and 2 drink tickets on the course. The Diablo was in excellent shape and very challenging. Desperado was under major fairway repairs but the greens were great. Outlaw was closed. I would go back once it has been repaired which we were told would be by the end of October.

They were overbooked and scrambled to get players out. The time was not really honored. Staff not friendly.

This is a great facility. 3 uniquely challenging 9 hole courses. I've played them all and have never been disapointed. I come here every year and it's always a great experience.

I have been wanting to play this course for over a year. Came back to vegas and saw the deal on GolfNow and took it. Great course and will be back. My friend got a hole in one on outlaw #2. That was a great moment!

Although the course requires accurate shot making off the tee on several of the holes, it's not difficult if you pay attention to yardages for carries and layups. Greens are fairly flat and were in good condition except that they were SLOW. The course was very wet in many spots also.

Desperado was in good shape. Diablo was closed for seeding. Outlaw was dried out and very disappointing. Upon arrival, found out that the range was closed (this should have been posted on Golfnow.com). Otherwise Badlands is still a great golf course when all three nines are open and in good shape.

Course was in fantastic shape. We played a relatively quick round and since the tee time was at 2PM and 100*, we pretty much had the course to ourselves. Hot desert air added about 10 yards for every club. Driver isn't really needed on most holes. Target golf at its finest. Must add course in rotation for Vegas golf.

Overall great course. It was in good shape, although the range was closed. Desperado is very challenging, practially target golf. Not my favorite front 9 but Outlaw was a nice back nine. Much easier. Overall I'd say this course was well worth the 24 bucks I paid. I wouldn't play it again only because it is out of my skill level range.

Very good test of your golf skills where you use every club in the bag. Better hit it straight and know your distances to the ravines/desert.

HAVE PLAYED HERE NUMEROUS TIMES..WE LOVE THAT COURSE, ALWAYS IN GREAT SHAPE, SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF. WE GO TO VEGAS ONCE A YEAR, PLAY 4 TO 5 ROUNDS, BADLANDS IS ALWAYS INCLUDED.

Great facilities and courses. Friendly staff. The practice range mats are horrendous. Like hitting off concrete. Very dangerous. Should have been replaced a long time ago. The worst I've ever seen. Please do the right thing and replace them. They are hurting your reveiws.

I plan on being there everytime I go to Vegas. I will even plan to get there as the reason to go to Vegas. Please stay away so I don't have to wait on you.
