Royal Links Golf Club is a tribute to the birthplace of golf-Scotland, Ireland and Britain. The course will feature 18 holes inspired by the most famous golf courses in the world. Courses such as Royal Lytham, Royal Troon, Prestwick, Royal Liverpool, The Old Course at St. Andrews, Royal Birkdale, Royal St. George, Muirfield, Turnberry and Carnoustie have all contributed to the design of this course.

Service ?
No cart pick up in parking lot for clubs. Have to use drop off. This course is not on sky caddie more does the card have any layouts. Good drive ended up in fairway bunkers. Fast greens. Inside staff food. Outside well you have to do it all Not like other courses. I understand why they will become defunded soon

Loved the layout...staff was great with the exception of the grounds crew. But still had a great round and will be back.

Cool course
Super cool theme. Loved it. It’s a tragedy the course was sold to build homes on it. Don’t we have enough houses! Good staff and cool character.

A classic
Greens are a bit bumpy and overgrown, but hey, it’s winter. Love the track. Play it.

A real Championship Style Course
This was the first time playing this course and found it to be a bit of a challenge if the ball was not hit fairly straight. Even with a straight shot, your visibility on several holes will make you feel like you are guessing and hoping for the best outcome.
The fairways throughout the course are loaded with rolling hills and bunkers strategically placed for that blind shot that you might hit.
The Greens are not to difficult but will keep you guessing as they have that professional pitch and slant that so many championship courses seem to have in common.
Given the fact that this course was played in January and all the areas around the greens and fairways have died off due to winter, it was still a great round of golf and I look forward to playing it again when all of the Grass has grown back in.
You are going to love Hole 10! especially the blind Fairway.

Fun course
Very friendly staff from start to finish. Super fun course and layout. Was in good shape. Our first time playing and we’ll be back. Only issue was pace. The group in front of us was hitting several shots each shot because they were so bad. It took us over 5 hours to finish our round which is unacceptable since the course wasn’t that busy. The ranger said he told them to pick up the pace, but it didn’t seem to help. Brutal. The staff themselves can’t do much else so I won’t fault them for the overall experience, which was fun and positive.

Bring a few extra balls. The British Open experience for the amateur. Each hole has a little history shared on a sign as you play. Pot bunkers are no joke & greens are fast! Not too hard for a new player, but a great course to gage your best game! Look forward to going back again!

Fun course
You need to hurry and play this course at least once. I understand they are closing in May. Patterned after the courses of the British Open. Deep, deep bunkers. Very high rough. Stay on the fairways!! I will definitely play this again soon. A really neat course.

Enjoyable Round
The course is extremely challenging. Greens are difficult to putt if above the flag. The only complaint is that the hole placement on hole #16 was unplayable. Putts from below the hole came back to you feet if you came up 3 or 4 inches short of cup.

Really Wanted to Like it
First, the staff was great - Pleasant and helpful. Since it was early January I expected the course to be in a little rough shape and it was. The fairways were okay and the greens were actually in good shape. The concept of having famous golf holes is lost however when the area between holes is neglected waste land. It is clear that landscaping and maintenance has not been a high priority. The carts don't have GPS, so buy a layout book or there is no way to know what the holes look like.
