Was told course was in great shape

Got there. Greens were diseased.

They told me they were fertilized.

Highland Falls 3/17

Course was in good condition. Greens were fast, but consistent, with devious slopes that were opposite of how they looked. Hot, but with a good breeze. Great staff! Will definitely add this course to my list to bring visiting friends to play!!

Need more "pit stops" for us old guys.

I laugh at some of these negative reviews. The course is a good value. Nice layout, and in good condition. Was it perfect? No. It's a little dry but it's in a desert and it's been dry. But playability was great, greens were good, and an interesting layout with great mountain views in the background. Not super high end, but definitely a solid course well worth the value. You won't do much better finding good golf at a fair price

Friendly layout

Course knowledge is very helpful to score low here. Not a very long course but course position will reward a good approach into the green. Winds in the afternoon can make the course play long. The greens are very good, about a 9-10 on speed and not difficult to read. The views are great and the over all conditions was very good. Bunker conditions were good. Over all I really enjoyed my round. My index is a 7 and I shot my index.
