Golf Summerlin - Highland Falls Course

Beautiful well maintained course! Great value great views!

course was in very good shape pace of play was steady was a good test of golf I carry a 12 hcp. from the blue tees it was well worth it.

It was a great day with great view of the all city ! The golf course was in great shape!! Check it out!! U will love it.

This course is well maintained (the greens had some type of distress, but the ball rolled well on them). Each hole is lined by houses but there is plenty of room. You will use a variety of clubs as you play the 18 holes and there is both water and sand strategically placed through out. The day we played the play was slow and the others with us indicted the slow play was abnormal and usually the play is faster. Great place to play as a husband and wife.

Pace of play was slow even though it was not busy. We waited on every hole from the 3rd hole. At the 13th hole the marshall told us to pick up the pace even though we were not the cause of the slow play. Several groups ahead of us was the cause of the back up. When we asked the group ahead of us if they were told to pick up the pace on the next hole, they answered NO. The marshall needs more training. He should identify which group is causing the slow down and address the issue with them. Not with the groups being affected by the slow play...

The golf course needs some maintance,the greens not consistent,but overall is ok

I played on 3/20/2013. Greens are not in normal condition, I don't now if they are like this at this time of the year. A beautiful layout, ball flys a little bit farther than usual because of the high sea level I think. The club management people are very friendly
and very nice club house.

Pro shop Staff are very helpful. We were very impressed with the condition of the course, nice shape.

Played Highland Falls March 15. The course is in better shape than several in the Summerlin area. I'm guessing the aeration was done within the last couple of weeks so they got the jump on the competition. The greens need maybe a week and they will be perfect!

The pace of play was fantastic. We played 18 holes in 3 hours and 40 minutes on a Friday with perfect golf weather. It won't get better than that.

The course played very slow. 30 min per hole in average. So crowded couldn't play through

Golf course was well maintained. Quite a few elevation changes, but very nice landing areas from tees. Greens challenging to first time player. Beautiful view of the city on the back nine.

This was a fun course the people were all nice . Fairway are in great shape . The roughs were not to bad to hit from . The sand traps were mean to me. There were no GPS on the carts which would be helpful since a lot of the sprinkler heads were not marked . We finished up around 5:00 and the club house was already closed . Great value and the par three on the back nine has one of the best views of the city you will find anywhere.

The houses which lined this course were locationed back a distance which took them well out of the range of play. This course is now on our "play again" list. The day we played there was a 15 mph wind which did not create any problems.

Course was visually spectacular with great views of Vegas. Enjoyed course all day but man that 18th hole is a tough way to finish a round!

Good course, greens were true, fairways were nice, and bunkers were nice a fluffy.

Very nice and open course. Well maintained with beautiful mountain and city views. Pace of play was average as we finished our round in just over four hours. Less than 30 minutes from the strip. Nothing not to like.

Back 9 was beautiful. Loved how the course was handicap friendly as my friend has a physical disability

Out for Thanksgiving weekend with some friends. Found a good deal on GolfNow.com. Played the course for $55. Fairways were great, greens were hard and fast. Had a great time! Everyone was super nice, even the people on the course!
It's a little tricky to get to if you're not familiar with the ins and outs of Las vegas freeways. Taking a cab from the strip can be really expensive. Cheaper to rent a car for the day.
We'll go again. Had a great time.

Highland Falls - Not the longest course , but the greens can be challenging. The greens have allot of peaks and valleys. The pace of play was decent for a Sunday - maybe a little over 4hrs. Course condition was good.
