Disappointed
The entire golf course (Santa Rosa) is played in a big wide ditch that runs through coachella valley. Very flat except that every green and every tee box is built up on a plateau. So you climb the 10-15 foot elevated hill pretty much 36 times. They don't have a border collie to chase the geese away so a number of the greens are literally covered with goose droppings. I will not return to this course. there are too many other great courses to play for same or less money here in the desert.

Very enjoyable course. Always a good experience. Will be returning.
Hidden gem
Had a few great outings at this course over the past couple of weeks and really appreciated the challenge and conditions of the golf course. Definitely a must play. Greens were perfectly maintained with just the right quick speed. The course rating for women looked a bit off especially some long par 4s.

great course -- front 9 had a lot of short par 4's and the back nine had longer par 4's --- this was a good mix for using all your clubs. Also had some water in play.

Nice short course
The course is rather short (6600 yd. from the back tee). It was in great condition, but cart path only made the round a bit longer than it needed be. The course was just re-opened after over-seeding, so that's understandable. Most par 4's were about 350-380 yards, but there were a couple of challenging par 3s. Overall, this is a pleasant surprise in the senior home development.
great value at twilight
I was very surprised at the course quality. Staff was very friendly and bent over backwards to solve a problem that arose with my reservation. An overall very pleasant experience. Have played the course another time since then, and plan to play it again.

Mt Vista Santa Rosa
Love this course, one of my favorites. It challenges you in every way. Course ws in great shape. The only problem I had was with the traps. They were hard and a little light on sand.
One thing I would suggest- if you going to play this time of year (and this goes for any course in the Coachella Valley) you might want to ask, when booking your team time, if carts are path only. It really slowed us and others down
Nicely groomed course.
Wide fairways, all green, well groomed and trimmed. The postcard sceneries can be distracting, stay focussed. Houses surround the course, another distraction for real estate lovers.
Clubhouse is modern, service is great. Lovely golf day overall, cannot say the same for my round. Would keep course on my playlist.
Wonderful place and course too!
WOW! So awesome! From the parking lot, proshop, cafe and practice areas! Golf Course (played the Santa Rosa course) was in amazing condition, dare I say LUSH (especially for late summer!) Tee to green it was perfect, bunkers were a bit sparse but enough sand to blast out! The greens were very good, held most irons well and putted very consistent and true! Lots of water features and interesting holes to keep your interest! Nice cafe with cold "reasonably priced" draft beer and good food too!
Great shape for this late in summer
The course was in great shape. There were no problems with pace of play or extreme heat on this day. Really enjoyed playing here.
Mountain Vista
Very nice course in excellent condition. Played as a threesome and completed round in 3.5 hours. Very enjoyable day.
Pristine fairways and greens
Well kept fairways and greens. Could use some help with the course layout as a first-timer.
Great course at a great price
My wife and I played this course on July 28. It is in great shape, the price ($13 on golfnow.com) was unbeatable, the staff was friendly, and the food in the grill was quite good. I HIGHLY recommend this course to anyone in the Coachella Valley.
WOW!!
A beautiful golf course a t a great price through Golf Now. This was the best maintained Palm Springs track we played all week.I would highly recommend it.
Player Friendly
This course has some challenging holes but overall is player friendly to the average golfer.
