Golfer Reviews
Nice course
All personnel was great. Nice practice area, good pace of play maybe a little slow. Fairways run fast need to control tee shots. Greens rolled Nice and true could have been faster. Very enjoyable rou d of golf.
Met expectations
Course was in good shape. Greens were firm but putted true. Fairways were in good condition for early spring. Staff and grounds crew were very friendly and helpful. Overall great experience.
Best course for the money
We made a last minute tee time for Meadowlands, and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the golf course and the pace of play. The next day we paid twice as much for a golf course in Myrtle Beach, and the course quality and pace of play weren't as good.
Nice Course
We enjoyed this course. Everything was great but as a first-timer we were unaware of some of the water hazards off the tee. Hole diagrams or GPS in the carts would have helped immensely. Lost a few balls, but would love to play it again.
NO RAINCHECK
Let me start by saying the weather was atrocious. Heavy rain and strong winds. A tropical system was going through the area. I tried to cancel through Golf Now and was unable to do it. So I called the course the evening prior and was told no. I figured if we showed up at the tee time they wouldn’t want us on the course but I was wrong. When I asked at checkin how the course was his response was “It’s wet no rain checks”. So off we went, knowing it was going to be ridiculous. The fairways had puddles and the greens had flowing rivers. We made the best of it and really believe the course would have been pretty good if the weather had cooperated. Final note; the clubhouse was very dated and only had a bathroom for us to change in after 3 hours in the rain. No benches to sit on only a toilet. The sad thing is we were leaving town that afternoon and if they would have offered us a rain check we wouldn’t have been able to use it but we would have probably left a much better review. My only recommendation is don’t book it too early because they will not offer a rain check.
Well run course
We have never seen a course with so many employees and they were all very friendly and helpful.
From bag drop, to the pro shop, to the beverage/food staff to the starter; they were fantastic.
Great course in great condition and an enjoyable experience for everyone in our foursome.
Great Value
We really enjoyed this course !!! We played World Tour links two days before for much more money. This course was much better for way less !!! Definitely play this one again !!!
Very challenging but fair. The only issue we had was on the back nine. . They let a couple of groups play some sort of outing and they were extremely slow.
Pace of play
They are booked solid and therefore pace of play can get bogged down. Tough to hear from a marshal about our pace when we were waiting almost every shot…every hole.
Totally enjoyed the course! Front 9 much more challenging with all the water that comes into play, back 9 was more friendly.
