Golfer Reviews
Wet overseededin carth path only
I think the title of my review says it all. i understand the need to overseed. It makes gold in the spring of 2022 must better, but what about Fall 2021. Fog limiting visibility to 100-125 yards until the 9th hole. I don't live here , i made a reservation because i really like the course. the benefits to golfers in the spring mean nothing to me. Just a little surprised that the cart path only rules were in force all week and I found out at bag drop.
Cart Path Only
Day was beautiful. Staff was very friendly and professional. The course is very nice. It was cart path only because they had over seeded the fairways and watered them accordingly. This resulted a slow pace. The greens were in great shape and very fast with lots of undulation. I will play this course again and i recommend it to anyone.
NICE BRISK ROUND OF GOLF
Wife and I play fast but we were patient with a twosome of older men in front. After 2 holes we were flagged to play through which we did. Two more holes later we came up on another twosome of older men who also flagged us through. The wife and I are 73 and 74 years old but we do get around quicker. I respect any senior who gets out in 50 degrees with 14 mph wind.
Seriously slow pace
The pace of play was ridiculously slow. Seems a nearby course recently closed and the Meadowlands is getting the overflow. Found the slope of the greens to be anywhere from somewhat challenging to impossible as on the 13th. Women's tee boxes were fairly placed.
Cart guys were slow to respond to ladies
Inside staff was great. 10 minutes until tee time and we are still not on the cart. We had to ask to get clubs loaded. We had to speak up to get out on time. 2 men and 2 women in the group, seemed to cause a problem.
Very nice and playable course
Many courses to choose from in this area but this course we will definitely play again. Front side has many water holes and the back is quite open and straight forward. Looking for a great place to play? This is it.
Great course staff not friendliest
Great course every hole was a near pristine as it could be for time of year I was late by about 5 mins for tee time and staff was not friendly in the slightest about it but all in all great course just don’t be late
Very nice
Course is in excellent shape. Good value for this area. Greens were rolling pretty fast. No complaints at all.
Greens.
The greens were the best I have ever played. I never left a ball mark on the greens - not even a bump. They were great!
Great condition
The course was in excellent condition, the greens rolled medium-fast and true.
