Golfer Reviews
Great Time
My wife’s birthday was last weekend and we went to the Meadowlands to golf. The staff was friendly and the course was in good shape, given all the rain recently. The wind and wet conditions made the course challenging, but the greens were in great shape.
I’m a 18 handicap and somehow managed to shoot under 100 in those conditions and only lost one ball. Wife enjoyed it too. Can’t wait to go back!
Beautiful and challenging
Slow start because of a frost delay. Had a afternoon tee time but was able to finish 4 hours. Friendly staff. Would definitely play again.
Great shape, considering...
Played after 2-3 days of rain and cold in SE North Carolina, but the course held up very well. Despite the "Cart Path Only" rules in place, the course played well, the greens, while fast, were in good shape for February and the fairways were good (a little wet in places, but good nonetheless).
Not bad
Challenging layout with tough greens and lots of water. Wasn’t in the best co diction but ok for mid January
Great companion to Farmstead
Was looking forward to this ‘sister course’ experience and was not disappointed. Friendly staff, wide landing areas mostly in view, greens putted true and fast for winter conditions. Even though it was cart path only conditions it was worth the price to play and pace of play was 3.5 hrs with some waits on the backside.
January golf
As usual staff got us out on time! Course conditions were wet as expected this time of year, cart path only. We will be coming back!
Good Conditions
Over-seeded fairways and greens. Bunkers were nice (I would know, I was in them a lot!). My only complaint is that they paired us up with another 2some but that’s a 1st world problem.
MLH
Course in great shape, pace was not bad- we just got behind a foursome that played fairly quick till they got to the green & took forever, must have been big money involved . Good course to play!
play it again
Went by this course on the way home and said to my wife that we had to play it some day, well todAY WAS THAT DAY.Greens where next to perfect, fairways had nice green grass for December, and lots of water holes. Will play it again.
