Bali Hai Golf Club

Decent course, well maintained and very convenient. No driving range was a negative.

I hadn’t ever played Bali before and was expecting a relatively flat course. I was very surprised by all the elevation changes and the quality of the course. The best part was that we were paired with Bali Hai golf ambassador, Ray B! What a great guy to play with!

Arrived early for a 1:40 tee time as a twosome with hopes of finishing before darkness. The starter(Chris) had no interest in fitting us in at the earlier time I noticed on the tee sheet that only had a twosome. He actually was ready to put a twosome scheduled at 1:30 with a threesome(making them a fivesome) and having us behind them. That twosome had enough sense to say join us and make it a foursome. That would have worked if the course had a ranger on the course to move people along as we had to wait on every tee box as the threesome was no longer ahead of us and we were now behind a foursome. We played 17 in the dark and never got to play 18.

Enjoyed the day but had a rough time with shot choices on par 5’s. Lots of bunker trouble!

I mistakenly made my tee time on the wrong date, October 28, 2021 when I wanted to play on October 21. When I arrived at the course and was told I didn't have a time on the 21st, I asked them to cancel my Oct. 28 tee time and they did while I was standing there, or so I thought. Then a week later I left Las Vegas Bali Hai and Golf Now charged my card as a no show, even though I canceled my tee time a week in advance, when I was at the course. I consider this bad management and bad customer service.

Greens were in bad shape and pace of play was REALLY SLOW. We slated 4.5 hours to finish and barely go through 12 holes.

Beautiful course…. In great condition. A little pricey for the location that it is…. But it’s on the strip…. So your going to pay a premium. Only downfall was that it is right in the flight path for the airport takeoffs…. So every 5 - 10 minutes on half the holes there is a loud jet engine overhead. But we definitely enjoyed it overall.

We flew in for a family trip and decided to play golf here. Everything about this course is great. The only problem we had was we were paired with two singles. One of the guys was a great guy, who helped us by giving us advise, joking with us, and just being friendly. The other guy on the other hand was rude. told us to shut up multiple times when we weren’t even talking loud.. and at one point he putted his ball and he went up and marked it so my father in law went to putt his ball and this gentleman got mad that my father in law went out of turn and decided to give us a golf rules lesson that we didn’t need. All three of us were shocked by his behavior. Really ruined the round for us.

Great course. 30+ mph winds made it tough. The course held up though.

I was traveling to Las Vegas for a convention at Mandalay Bay and was looking for a golf course near the resort. I found a great one. The course is challenging and is in tremendous shape. The staff was courteous and there was a great selection of gear in the golf shop. Our foursome played in 3&1/2 hours on with a Sunday morning 7:20 start. Good value on Golf Now.

Wasn’t sure what to expect but WOW, the staff was beyond our expectations. Super helpful, and I top of everything. They really know how to keep things going and how to take care of the customers. Much better then other public courses we have played.

Great experience. There is an airport very close , which can be distracting but not a horrible deal. The only difficulty was the ladies tees play ridiculously long. The starter advised on some holes to advance the ball forward to make play more manageable..Very enjoyable round.

This golf course was pristine! It was very challenging but lots of fun to play. I will definitely play here again when we come back to Las Vegas. The staff were outstanding and very friendly. Everyone was very helpful.

You can’t beat the convenience to the strip. With a 10-20 dollar uber, you’re there. The course was in good shape all around. People, if you’re paying $150 a round, fix your ball marks, you’re not on your local muni.

The course has some nice holes, but all the holes run parallel to each other. I can check it off my list, but you can find better tracks off the strip. Note, you’re right next to the airport, and you’re having planes taking off right on top of you.

The course is a good layout and conditions are starting to get better as this is over seeding period so a few areas still coming back. The greens were lightly top dressed so we had a sandy roll kind of slower than normal. The “but” part is i paid $79 for rental clubs. They were beat up, gouging like they’re used for playing out of the rocks. Mostly it was the short irons and wedges. The putter they give you is not good at all. I was expecting better of Bali Hai and $79 should’ve been a better rental. Other than that the rest of the experience was good.
